（吉隆坡26日讯）有鑑于巴迪尼控股（PADINI，7052，主板消费股）的首季业绩达到市场的预测，加上积极的店铺扩张活动，以及具吸引力的週息率，分析员普遍对该股抱持正面的评级。       

巴迪尼控股也因而在周二受到追捧，股价全天上扬13仙或7.88%，闭市报1.78令吉，並成为全场第17大上升股。

巴迪尼控股2014財政年首季（截至9月30日止）净利按年成长9.58%，至2773万令吉，去年同期为2531万令吉；营业额按年增加8.04%，至2亿1722万令吉。

肯纳格研究分析员指出，首季的营业额成长主要来自於该集团出口业务的收入贡献增加，以及集团旗下Brands Outlet专卖店强劲的表现。至於净利成长，则归功於盈利赚幅的改善，还有更低的利息开支。

重启店面扩张

分析员透露，在经歷了一年的沉寂后，巴迪尼控股已重启其店舖扩张的行动。

该集团於7月份期间，在葛尼百丽宫（Gurney Paragon）广场新开了一家Padini Concept专卖店以及一家Brands Outlet专卖店。

「在未来的两个月，该集团计划多开5家新店铺，分別位於美里、芙蓉及浮罗交怡。」分析员补充，此举將把巴迪尼控股的零售面积增加超过9万平方尺，可让该集团更好地应付2014旅游年所吸引来的额外游客。

无论如何，安联研究分析员提醒道，巴迪尼控股所面临的竞爭日益加深，尤其是H&M等国际服装品牌在过去3个月来正积极地在巴生谷扩张。

上述现象促使巴迪尼控股难以在未来12个月，超越9%至10%的盈利成长预测。

「我们相信该集团需要推出创新產品，如在2007年所推介的Brands Outlet般，以让其在高竞爭的服装市场中，托起下滑中的市占率。」

儘管如此，分析员相信，该股的股价基本上已反映出上述的竞爭风险，因此保留其盈利预测不变。

巴迪尼控股宣佈派发每股2.5仙的第二次中期单层股息，外加每股1.5仙的特別股息，令其週息率处於具吸引力的6.1%水平。

此外，巴迪尼控股的凈现金高达每股0.27令吉，分析员看好上述因素將可为该股带来扶持效应。

综合5家投行意见，分析员普遍对该股抱持正面的態度，其中有3人给予「买进」的评级，另两人则分別给予「与大市同步」和「中和」评级。市场给予的目標价格则介於1.66令吉至1.95令吉。

只是提议而已，去年也是有的。。。不过好像没有practice到。

不用怕啦，我持有padini 很多年了，有赚没亏的股。。。

每一年股息至少有6-7% 好过放FD.

如果你買入是 RM1 。 公司一年給10cents 股息。。 那麼DY就是10% 。。。

你好。想针对以上的问题再深入问你一些问题。
现在在研究2013 六月的年报。
dividen 是0.02 sen per quarter，也就是说0.08 per year。

我在八月买进1000 unit rm1.77 （没有加stamp duty和broker fee），在买进１０００　unit　ｒｍ１.７４.　（也是没有加stamp duty和broker fee）

１.　那想问一下我的ｓｈａｒｅ　ｐｒｉｃｅ是要看今天ｍａｒｋｅｔ的价钱，还是我买进的ａｖｅａｒａｇｅ？
２.　如果说ｓｈａｒｅ　ｐｒｉｃｅ是要看今天ｍａｒｋｅｔ的价钱，　那我的ｄｉｖｉｄｅｎ　ｙｉｅｌｄ不是不准？因为ｍａｒｋｅｔ　ｐｒｉｃｅ每天都在还。
３.　请计算ｄｉｖｉｄｅｎ　yield是多少？

如果你有那個股的。。 你要計算。。那麼你的。。 DY= 你買的股票價格咯。。。

有可能的答案就是

1. DY = 0.08/1.77 x 100 % = 4.5%
2. DY = 0.08/1.74x 100 % = 4.59%
3. DY = 0.08/ ( 1.77+1.74 /2 ) x100% = 4.55%

DY。。是一個參考的。。。來給你一個看法。。。

例如我還買這個股。。 我就會看看如果買了。。 未來一年我可能的股息回報。。。

如果你有買了。。 那麼就依據你自己買的價格來計算你自己的DY回報。。

今年我估计不会卖(世上无绝对,如果有负面消息的话，可能会卖)，之前我在RM2.23的价位时卖了而捞了一笔。之后从RM1.61-1.80 又买了。。。
如果起到RM2.10，我还是会照买。因为以它往往的股息分配(2013年，总分息是 RM0.10)，一年可赚 4.76%~5% 利息，又有折扣coupon拿。

你如果有看到巴迪尼的店面，你可看见他的销售可是有很多人支持的。

H&M 或 Uniclo, 因为还是新的服装店，他们没有这么简单的影像巴迪尼。

想问一下你怎样研究年报的呢？
每一面仔细阅读，还是只是读balance sheet， profit & loss 那几面。
我看到balance sheet 旁边还有小note的，太多太多了。
是不是也要仔细阅读呢？

我本人是看几个项目的。
1) Annual Report
2) Notice of Book Closure
3) Quarterly report

最普片的是要看
Borrowings (short-term / Long-term)
如果每年都增长，那就要当心点了。

Revenue
看有没有比去年差，有的话要考虑需要维持这个股票吗。

仔细阅读看看那些notes有没有提到任何原因导致financial 的变化是最好的。
有些人就喜欢跟风，那是很危险的。
