以前是一样,由 bank negara 定的。
去年开始可以不一样,bank negara 定的 6.8% 没有多少间跟足。 |

我有个朋友刚拿CIMB的配套,不肯定是否大家都可以拿到。

1-5 year (-1.15%)
6-15 year (-1.25%)
16 year onwards (-1.35%)
Zero moving (new SBB promotion)
1-5 year (-1.00%)
6-15 year (-1.10%)

还是觉得floating rate uob最好。
UOB (non zec):
first 15 years BLR -1.35%
16~40 years BLR -1.45%
(供期长达40年or70岁)
fix rate 就AIA和ING
ING (non zec):
for 30 tenure years 5.99%
(offer until 31st March 2007)
AIA (non zec):
for 30 tenure years 5.99%
for 10 tenure years 5.75%
(offer until 31st March 2007)

请问5.99%是不是只给LANDED,而CONDO 是6.8%?和ING借是不是也可五年后换或清数又没CHARGE呢?

- 不是只给landed,condo也可以拿5.99%。
- ING lock-in period是5年,5年后还清或卖掉屋子都没有penalty。虽说ING lock-in 5年,但他们允许你在5年内做full settlement,只是不准refinance或者卖掉屋子。
- 至于bank和ING谁比较好,我就不清楚了,见仁见智。 |

请问你是不是在ING做??我听说之前CONDO是6.8%。。为何现在换了??
那是不是不理每个月有没有多供期,它的利息是已经算进去的了,简单一点来说,如借30年,就算20年还完,他的利息还是一样是based on 30 years。 |

想请问这样的好吗?
跟UOB的比起来,哪个比较好???
