柔佛州产业发展商林柭控股私人有限公司首席执行员拿督威拉林佳助已经发起强制性要约，以每股80仙价格全面收购Milux机构有限公司（MILUX，7935，消费产品组）所有股票。

上述收购价对这家亏损的厨房和电器制造商的估值为4350万令吉。

现年38岁的林氏于上周五通过他的公司Topspike控股私人有限公司和另一家名叫亚洲新创投资本控股私人有限公司（ANVC）在一项直接交易中购买Milux机构46.83％股权后，向其余的Milux机构股东提出全面收购建议。

Milux机构在2018年净亏损200万令吉，而营业额则录得7760万令吉。

午休时，该股报78仙，落2仙，成交量达2000股。

代表Topspike和ANVC的大马投资银行表示：“联合收购人打算维持Milux机构的上市地位。”

林氏拥有Topspike 50％+1股，而企业家甘文林（译音）则持有其余股权。


至于ANVC是一家总部位于纳闽的私人基金公司亚洲资本基金有限公司的全资子公司。

目前，林柭控股在柔佛州大马依斯干达展开综合发展项目。

根据联合收购人提交的资料显示，Topspike持有Milux机构29.78％，而ANVC则拥有17.05％。
