升级电子採购平台　PRIVASIA拓海外市场

（吉隆坡24日讯）PRIVASIA科技（PRIVA，0123，创业板）计划投入80万令吉来提升电子採购平台系统，并冀望通过这项服务来拓展东南亚区域的客户群。

PRIVASIA科技首席执行员普瓦尼山在出席股东大会后对媒体指出，將投入80万令吉来提升该公司电子採购的解决方案系统，这项提升计划可加快系统回应所需的时间，同时也可降低客户的採购成本。

「我们將与区域伙伴紧密合作，来拓展客户群，进而提升公司的市佔率。」

据悉，该公司过去拥有部份海外市场，不过由于经济环境因素，去年放慢脚步，并坚守国內市场。而普瓦尼山表示，將再次把眼光放向海外。

他说，「升级工作预料將在今年底完成，明年才会带来贡献。」

另外，该公司2016財政年首季（截至3月31日止）净利按年大跌48.17%，至65万令吉；营业额则下滑15.38%，至1801万令吉。

对此，普瓦尼山指出，这主要是去年疲弱的表现影响犹在，同时，一些所获得的合约仍未开跑，因此在「时机问题」的影响下，使得该公司首季交出较差的成绩单。

与此同时，他透露，PRIVASIA科技目前手握1亿2000万令吉的订单，可持续忙碌至2020年。通过稳健的订单，以及市场对外包及咨询，以及极小孔径终端（VSAT）的需求，因此，他认为，虽然大环境仍然充满挑战，不过相信公司今年的业务可取得成长。

对于今年將拨出的资本支出，他则透露，將继续投標，而所拨出的资本则胥视获得的合约而定。

PRIV亞科次季獲利挫58%

（吉隆坡26日訊）PRIV亞科（PRIVA，0123，創業板科技）截至6月底次季，營業額與淨利雙雙下滑；營業額按年跌11%至1766萬令吉，淨利則由91萬3000令吉，挫58%至38萬6000令吉。

PRIV亞科發佈文告指出，旗下衛星网絡服務（SAT）業務營業額取得11.3%成長，報280萬令吉。不過，資訊通訊科技（ICT）業務則受低迷的市場影響，錄得較低營業額表現，由1130萬令吉下跌21%至890萬令吉。

該公司上半財年累積營業額報3567萬令吉，按年跌13%；淨利則跌52%至104萬令吉。【中国报财经】

合约价值修改．PRIVA全年可获利

（吉隆坡21日讯）马币走势趋向稳定，PRIVA科技（PRIVA，0123，创业板科技组）预期合约价值修改后，今年全年业绩可获利。

该公司首席执行员布旺山在股东大会后向《星洲财经》表示，公司卫星设备的销售成本以美元计价，但销售则以马币计价，因此，美元走强影响了公司的表现。

“不过，公司已经在第二季和客户洽谈新的销售价，此外亦攫取了新的合约，预期今年第三季及第四季可取得好转。”

首季亏213.6万

截至今年3月31日首季，该公司营业额跌14.36%至1542万4000令吉，净亏损报213万6000令吉，前期净利为65万令吉。

布旺山补充，上述卫星设备销售对象主要为种植、油气制造及其他业者。

“上述业者的基础通讯设施较为欠缺，因此需要卫星设备。”

PRIVA科技核心业务还包括资讯与通讯科技（ICT）及资讯科技。

布旺山说，公司目前手握1亿600万令吉合约，可支撑至2021年。

“公司其中一项业务为港口管理方案服务，客户包括西港（WPRTS，5246，主板贸服组）及半岛的港口业者。”

询及展望方面，布旺山表示，公司向来和电讯四巨头有合作关系，目前正在洽谈更多的合作协议。此外，公司亦有意将业务扩大至海外，惟考虑的汇率风险，尚未有更多的实质性计划。

“当下最重要事务，是专注现有的业务。”

电子采购平台可省17%成本

（吉隆坡25日讯）国内最新推介的电子采购软件，不只有助企业及承包商节省时间与人力，还能至少让每个采购项目节省17%成本。

Privasia私人有限公司电子采购软件的数名使用者指出，电子采购平台具备透明、公平及省时等优点，能确保采购项目能按时完成，招标者、投标者及供应商都能从中受惠。

西港控股维护与检修经理维拉古马、Abers资源私人有限公司执行董事李庆翰及Pembinaan Andalan私人有限公司董事经理范和平出席Privasia推介最新电子采购软件“Procurehere 7.0”时，这么说。

维拉古马指出，电子采购平台让他的下属能专注本身的工作，而不是忙于联系投标商或安排会议。

他补充，该公司自2002开始使用电子采购平台，迄今已建立了庞大的资料库，让他很快就能从资料库中，找到最理想的承包商。

更省时透明及公平

李庆翰指出，电子采购平台减少了人为的失误及误会，而且比传统方式更为省时、透明及公平。

“如果是传统方式，我们可能需要填写很多表格，而且可能还会发生文件弄丢的情况。”

他强调，无法得标的供应商，将知道自己的价格比别人高，因此有助他们在未来改进。

范和平在分享经验时，则表明电子采购平台有助节省时间及提高效率，方便他做好未来规划，包括让他具备充裕时间寻找最具竞争力的供应商合作。

“Procurehere 7.0”采用全新的设计，具备省时、省钱、流程简化、容易操作及方便监督等5大特征。

普瓦尼山在记者会上指出，电子采购平台能节省的成本，其实远高于17%。

他指出，每一名用户一个月只需支付199美元（约834令吉）就能注册成为平台用户及使用电子采购软件，完全无需另外斥资培训员工、安装软件或购买配备。

“由于收费不高，因此这平台也非常适合中小型企业，特别是这平台设有根据采购项目的件数来收费的方式。”

普瓦尼山指出，早前的平台较为注重招标商，但该公司发现其实很多投标商是中小型企业，因此新平台也将把这些企业纳入系统之内。【e南洋】

Privasia就118万欠款向电讯公司发清盘通知

（吉隆坡3日讯）Privasia Technology Bhd独资子公司就118万令吉的未付款项，向一家电讯公司发出清盘通知。

Privasia今日向大马交易所报备，Privasat私人有限公司（PSAT）向DMD Fone Network私人有限公司发出通知。后者是PSAT高速互联网宽频服务的用户。

PSAT于去年8月起诉DMD，由于DMD未进行辩护和出席案件管理，法庭在11月作出有利于PSAT的判决。

根据DMD网站，该公司是一家电讯营运商，并已成功在森美兰和砂拉越的几个地方安装Kampung Wifi项目。

The Board of Directors of Privasia Technology Berhad ["PTB"] wishes to announce that Privasat Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as IPSAT Sdn. Bhd.) ["PSAT"], a wholly owned subsidiary of PTB has issued a winding up notice pursuant to Section 465(e) of the Companies Act, 2016 to DMD Fone Network Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 911210-X) ["the Defendant"] on 3 October 2017. Background information The Defendant, is a subscriber of PSAT's high speed internet broadband services ["the services"]. Pursuant to the subscription of the services, PSAT has issued various invoices and reminders amounting to RM1,182,478.71 to the Defendant, which remains unpaid ["the outstanding sum"]. Particulars of the claim PSAT has filed a writ of summons and statement of claim on 1 August 2016 to claim for the following from the Defendant: i) the outstanding sum; ii) interest at 5% per annum on the outstanding sum; iii) costs on solicitor client basis; iv) costs of the action; and v) other reliefs. Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(24) of the Ace Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of PRIVA wishes to announce that the Company had on 21 February 2018 incorporated a subsidiary known as Privarail Sdn. Bhd. ("PRIVARAIL") The issued share capital of PRIVARAIL is RM100.00 comprising 100 ordinary shares. PRIVA had subscribed for 80% of the issued share capital of PRIVARAIL in cash. The intended principal activity of PRIVARAIL is the provision of the railway system, engineering and related services, and information technology and communication services. The incorporation of PRIVARAIL is not expected to have a material effect on the earnings or net assets per share of the PRIVA Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2018. None of the Directors of PRIVA and major shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the incorporation, except for Puvanesan a/l Subenthiran, the Director of the Company, who is also the Director of PRIVARAIL, representing the interest of the Company in PRIVARAIL.
