（吉隆坡23日讯）森那美产业（Sime Darby Property Bhd）委任国家银行前总裁丹斯里洁蒂为新任非独立非执行主席，即时生效。

洁蒂是取代丹斯里阿都瓦希的职务，后者于6月杪荣休。

森那美产业集团董事经理Amrin Awaluddin在文告中表示：“我们很荣幸和欢迎丹斯里洁蒂加入森那美产业董事部。”

他说：“她的加入重申了国民投资机构（PNB）对森那美产业的承诺以及我们的转型之旅。我们期待在丹斯里洁蒂的领导下，公司可以继续向前迈进，并为利益相关者创造价值。”

洁蒂今年70岁，为国民投资机构现任集团主席。她也是资政理事会成员。

随着洁蒂出任主席一职，Rizal Rickman Ramli将停止担任代主席。Rizal是现任非独立非执行董事。

（吉隆坡18日讯）由于获得良好的永续评分，森那美产业（Sime Darby Property Bhd）在道琼永续指数（Dow Jones Sustainability Indices，DJSI）评选中，入选道琼永续新兴市场指数（DJSI Emerging Markets）。

森那美产业今日在文告指出，这项认可由标准普尔道琼斯指数，以及专注于永续投资的投资专家RobecoSAM AG所宣布。

道琼永续新兴市场指数是以长期经济、环境和社会为标准，由RobecoSAM选出新兴市场永续领导者，占20个新兴市场最大的800家公司的首10%。

森那美产业表示，该公司是大马唯一一家被列入该指数的产业公司，其他同行有来自菲律宾、泰国、南非和智利。

集团董事经理Datuk Seri Amrin Awaluddin说，这一认可证明了其多年来对永续发展的承诺，将这种做法嵌入到商业价值链中。

森那美產业：巴特西次阶段交易首季完成

（吉隆坡31日讯）森那美產业（SIMEPROP，5288，主板產业股）主席丹斯里洁蒂表示，该公司脱售英国巴特西发电站再发展计划第2阶段的交易，相信將能在明年首季完成。

她在森那美產业的股东大会后，向媒体如此表示，对能够在明年首季完成上述交易深具信心。

早前，森那美集团的大股东--国民投资机构（PNB）和僱员公积金局（EPF）计划，联手向森那美產业和实达集团（SPSETIA，8664，主板產业股）买下巴特西发电站股权。该交易完成的期限已被展延数次，最新的期限是今年12月31日。洁蒂同时也是PNB主席。

一名不愿具名的小股东向《东方財经》记者透露，该公司董事局在股东大会上表示，有关交易的谈判已取得重大进展，预计將在今年末季擬定最终条款的细节。若一切顺利，相信可在明年首季完成交易。

董事局解释称，谈判期限被展延数次，是涉及庞大的资產规模、项目仍在进行中等因素所造成，令谈判变得更为复杂。森那美產业年报中阐明，巴特西发电站第2阶段中的住宅单位已经售出92%。

展望未来，洁蒂对记者表示，虽然房地產市场低迷，但森那美產业拥有足够的能力和资源，能够顺利度过难关。她称：「房產市场只是疲弱，但並没有崩盘，我们仍有机会好好管理房產市场，只要我们做好本分，情况便会好转。」

推400亿新盘

询及房价会否如財政部长林冠英所说般下调，洁蒂认为，根据经济理论，只要房產供过于求，价格就会面对下跌压力。「各地房价下跌的幅度可能不同，但只要有供过于求的情况，价格肯定会下降。」

另一方面，该名小股东也透露，森那美產业打算在未来的24个月推出4000至4500个单位的新盘，发展总值（GDV）达令吉，当中包含综合发展项目、有地房產和工业產业。

至於位于森美兰的大马宏愿谷（MVV）计划，管理层披露，许多本地和国外投资者都对该项目感兴趣。该公司与天龙国际集团（Brunsfield）和公务员退休基金局（KWAP）探討共同发展MVV的谅解备忘录（MOU）已在去年11月失效。【东方网财经】
