婆罗水殖有重大宣布　暂停交易

（吉隆坡19日讯）配合周五（20日）作出重大的企业宣布，婆罗水殖（BAHVEST，0098，创业板）的股票，从周四下午2时30分起暂停交易，至週五下午5时。

该股週四停牌前急涨25仙或26.596%，至1.19令吉，为第7大上升股。在暂停交易前，该公司股价势如破竹，一度写下全年最高1.2令吉。该股以0.945令吉开盘后，虽然一度触及全天最低0.925令吉，但隨后逐渐走高，並且上探1.20令吉，早盘闭市以1.19令吉掛收，成交量达548万4000股，半天交易已经远远高於周三的141万9300股。

另一方面，婆罗水殖出现一批803万3900股，或佔缴足资本1.876%的股权，在场外以每股90仙或723万令吉易手，相比该股今日暂停交易前掛价1.19令吉，该成交价折价24.4%。【东方网财经】

大股东注资產　婆罗水殖进军採矿

（吉隆坡20日讯）昨日午盘开始暂停交易的婆罗水殖（BAHVEST，0098，创业板），获大股东建议注入资產，將业务多元化至在沙巴斗湖Bukit Mantri一块面积317.7英亩的矿场採矿。

文告指出，婆罗水殖建议向拿督罗惠明等3人买下WULLERSDORF资源有限公司所有股权，价值1亿3100万令吉。婆罗水殖將发出1亿零452万股新股（每股发售价0.94令吉），以及3484万股不可赎回可转换优先股（ICPS），进行以上收购。

罗惠明同时也是婆罗水殖的最大股东兼董事经理，在卖出手上70%WULLERSDORF股权换取新股后，他在婆罗水殖的持股率將从11.7%，提高至26.0%。

WULLERSDORF是一家冬眠公司，拥有姊妹公司－－南海黄金私人有限公司颁发的33年附属採矿准证，每年租金6万令吉。公司可在指定矿场开採锌、铅、铜、金、银和其他金属，潜在黄金储备高达20万7000安士。

配合这项收购，婆罗水殖也建议多元化业务至採矿领域。虽然如此，管理层表示，会继续经营水產养殖业务。

董事局亦建议更改公司章程，並將法定股本从5亿股（总值5000万令吉），提高至19亿5000万股和5000万张ICPS（总值2亿令吉）。

次季转亏为盈

另外，婆罗水殖2016財政年次季（截至9月30日止）成功转亏为盈，取得180万令吉的净利，去年同期亏损为194万令吉；营业额按年增加11.5%，至414万令吉，去年同期为371万令吉。

2016財政年上半年，该公司从去年的375万令吉亏损，转为99万令吉盈利；半年营业额增加25.7%，至744万令吉。【东方网财经】

婆罗水殖是在2013年与Southsea Gold公司签署合作协议，以探討在沙巴州斗湖Bukit Mantri一个矿场，进行採矿活动。

（吉隆坡23日讯）婆罗水殖（BAHVEST，0098，创业板）澄清，公司与Southsea Gold私人有限公司的合作协议作废，并不意味着公司放弃把业务多元化至采矿领域的计划。

婆罗水殖在文告中指出，媒体有关公司放弃收购Wullersdorf资源私人有限公司股权，也不再多元化至采矿领域等报道，是不正确的。

婆罗水殖澄清，公司并未延长与Southsea Gold公司的合作协议，是因为公司已找到一块由Wullersdorf资源公司持有的317.7公顷矿场，且双方已在去年11月签署有条件买卖协议。

公司将发行总值1亿3000万令吉的新股和不可赎回可转换优先股（ICPS），向股东收购Wullersdorf资源公司的100%股权。

目前，买卖双方正处于满足协议条件的最后阶段，当中包括确定澳洲专家负责的相关地质和采矿报告。
