Breaking News!
During the approaching GE, "non-governmental organizations/NGOs may come to your homes or neighborhood.
They will demonstrate to you how to vote. BEWARE, because these people may use some indelible ink on your finger,
that will NOT fade within 7 days, thus you will lose the right to vote on polling day!
(of course they will target Chinese here)
