市面充斥中国马口铁 马镀锡工业营运挑战大

（吉隆坡25日讯）马口铁（Tinplate）制造商马镀锡工业（PERSTIM，5436，主板工业产品股）表示，尽管政府已向中韩业者征收反倾销税，但中国马口铁入口仍然过剩，公司营运环境仍艰巨与充满挑战。
马镀锡工业董事经理泽田晃一在公司股东大会后向媒体表示，政府向中国马口铁业者征收的反倾销税不一，从0至9.78%不等，以致本地市场仍充斥许多中国产品。
“我们还在受苦，这个措施显然并不奏效。”
根据贸工部资料，大马皇家海关已从去年11月16日起，向中国与韩国马口铁业者征收反倾销税，为期5年。
邯钢集团衡水冷轧钢铁及其他相关公司，被征收9.78%反倾销税；反而宝山钢铁、上海梅山钢铁及中山中粤马口铁工业，则无需被征收反倾销税。
暂不拓海外
韩国公司方面，东部制钢、SHINHWASILUP及台泥钢公司，被征收介于3.46至9.78%反倾销税。
面对排山倒海的价格与品质竞争，马镀锡工业决定专注于内部增长，继续推动营业额与盈利增长。
“我们将会继续强化现有产品品质、提高产能效率与销量、及严谨控制成本等，让公司在新财年继续增长。”
目前，该公司拥有两家厂房，分别位于柔佛与越南平河东区，总产能达30万公吨。
过去2年，马镀锡工业的年销量达18万公吨，其中20%是来自外国市场贡献，包括印尼、菲律宾、澳洲、印度及意大利等。
泽田晃一说：“现有产能足以应付客户需求，我们不打算增设厂房。”
询及有否考虑渗入新市场，进一步拓展海外业务版图时，他说：“我们暂时没有这个打算。”【南洋网财经】 |

次季淨利跌31% 馬鍍錫派息15仙

（吉隆坡30日訊）馬鍍錫（PERSTIM，5436，主要板工業）賺幅及銷量減少，截至今年9月底次季淨利按年下滑31%至792萬令吉，每股仍派息15仙。
該公司次季營業額按年下滑1.5%至1億6859萬令吉，每股盈利7.98仙；儘管宣布派息15仙，股息卻比去年同期20仙少5仙。
馬鍍錫上半年表現亦不甚理想，營業額按年跌2%至3億1744萬令吉，淨利按年減少29%至1364萬令吉，每股盈利從去年同期19.33仙減至13.74仙。
該公司向馬證交所報備，儘管產品售價提高，但銷量下滑拖累營業額，加上賺幅欠佳，獲利亦一併減少。
文告指出，大馬業務次季營業額按年減1.9%或220萬令吉，獲利達1330萬令吉；越南子公司營業額亦稍滑0.2%或20萬令吉。
該公司說，由于公司從海外進口比重增加，加上電費使用量高，未來營運仍深具挑戰性及競爭激烈，儘管將影響公司成長及獲利情況，管理層將持續節省成本舉措，相信全年可錄滿意表現。【中国报财经】

该公司的营业额则因售价提高但销量降低，按年下跌3.4%至1亿6639万3000令吉。

面对中国竞爭 马镀锡提高市佔率保盈利

（吉隆坡28日讯）虽然今年市场仍然充满挑战，马镀锡工业（PERSTIM，5436，主板工业股）主席拿督魏和顺表示，该公司2016財政年（3月31日结账）將尽力维持与2015財政年相同的表现。
他坦承，公司今年仍面对营运环境的挑战，及市场竞爭。这主要是来自中国进口的马口铁（tinplate），导致市场与供应过剩。
「中国每年可生產700万公吨的马口铁，只有300万公吨是国內使用，余下400万公吨皆出口到其他国家。」
他在今日股东大会后的记者会上，如是指出。
他也表示，中国马口铁进口的问题，已经困扰该公司好几年，该公司也曾与政府会谈，希望政府对来自中国的马口铁，採取必要的措施。
魏和顺指出，所幸在质量方面，中国进口的马口铁价格廉宜，大部份质量较低。
相反的，该公司的產品则品质优良，符合不少食品业者，如炼乳產品等所需的高等质量，因此，在国內仍有一定的市场。
他也说，该公司在国內市佔率约60%，並会尽力提高在国內的市佔率，同时维持其2016財政年的盈利表现。
此外，该公司每年生產20万公吨马口铁，其中20%供出口，包括出口至中东、印度、印尼和澳洲。
询及令吉贬值对公司的影响，魏和顺表示，公司的进出口皆以美元计价，不受影响。
另一方面，魏和顺指出，儘管越南经济扩张，而该公司主要客户也是来自越南，但公司未打算扩充越南的工厂產能。
首季净利暴涨63%
另外，马镀锡工业2016財政年首季（截至6月30日止）净利按年暴涨63%，至931万令吉，去年同期为572万令吉；营业额则按年微升6.4%，至1亿5835万令吉，去年同期为1亿4885万令吉。【东方网财经】 |

（吉隆坡27日讯）销量和盈利赚幅走高，带动马镀锡工业（PERSTIM，5436，主板工业产品股）次季业绩报捷，净利飙涨77.68%，同时宣布派发每股18仙股息。
该公司次季净赚1407万9000令吉，优于上财年同期的792万4000令吉。
同期营业额亦按年增4.88%，从1亿6858万8000令吉，攀涨至1亿7681万3000令吉。
该公司将于12月8日支付股息，除权日为下月13日。
合计首半年，净利涨幅71.5%，报2339万令吉；营业额则上涨5.58%，至3亿3516万1000令吉。【南洋网财经】

業績佳派高息 馬鍍錫飆29仙創新高

（吉隆坡28日訊）馬鍍錫（PERSTIM，5436，主要板工業）最新業績交出亮眼表現且每股派發18仙股息，提振股價一度漲29仙上探5.10令吉，改寫52周新高價位，並擠進十大上升股榜。
馬鍍錫以5令吉開跑，早盤一度大漲29仙上探5.10令吉並改寫52周新高價位，休市報5.05令吉，起24仙。閉市時，該股報5令吉，漲19仙，成交量18萬7800股。
馬鍍錫截至9月底次季淨利按年增77.7%，從792萬令吉攀升至1408萬令吉，由較高銷量和盈利賺幅貢獻。同時期營業額增至1億7681萬令吉，對比去年的1億6859萬令吉按年增4.9%。
受進口提升令吉波動影響
在較高銷量和越南盾兌令吉增值提振下，該公司上半年淨利從1364萬令吉，攀升71.5%至2339萬令吉；營業額按年起5.6%，從3億1744萬令吉增至3億3516萬令吉。
馬鍍錫管理層預計營運環境將更為挑戰和競爭，受進口提升及令吉兌美元波動影響。

越南工厂失火 马镀锡工业跌2.18%

（吉隆坡11日讯）祝融光顾马镀锡工业（Perusahaan Sadur Timah (Perstima) Bhd）越南工厂，拖累公司股价早盘走低13仙或2.18%。
早盘休市时，该股以5.82令吉暂收，成交量仅1万9900股，市值达5亿7894万令吉。基于越南工厂失火，该公司的股票在今早9时至10时之间，暂停交易一小时。
根据该公司发布的文告，失火的工厂由其越南子公司Perstima（Vietnam）Co Ltd （Perstima Vietnam）负责管理，厂房位置在Binh Duong省Thuan An县的越南新加坡工业园。
该公司说，事故发生在上周五（4月8日）晚上7时20分左右（越南时间），火势成功在晚上9时30分被扑灭。
初步调查显示，有数条生产线遭大火烧毁，惟损失金额暂无法估计。
“工厂目前暂时停产，复工时间有待进一步确定。不过，越南子公司已与承包商洽商，尽速恢复和维修受影响的生产线。”
该公司说，受影响的部分全受承保。
“工厂所有资产、材料和产成品都获保险保障。越南子公司经与保险公司洽商，了解这次火灾对公司带来的损失。”

("PVCL"), a wholly-owned subsidiary. PVCL is principally engaged in the manufacturing and sale of tinplates.
The fire started at about 7.20 p.m. (Vietnam time) on Friday, 8 April 2016 and was put out at about 9.30 p.m. (Vietnam time) on the same day.
Based on the initial investigation, the damage was on limited portion of the process line and the estimate value of the damages has yet to be ascertained. The production has been temporarily stopped and resumption of usual operations is still being assessed. However, PVCL has taken initial action in collaboration with the related contractors to recover the process line soonest possible.
All the assets, materials and finished goods are fully insured. PVCL has also discussed with insurers to ascertain the actual extent and quantum of the damage caused by the fire.
An appropriate announcement shall be made once usual operations resumed and losses are ascertained.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that a limited portion of the process line has been damaged and the electricity supply at the affected area has also been disrupted.
PVCL has decided to cease its operations pending a clean-up and to carry out repairs of the damaged portion. The necessary testing would be carried out before commissioning. PVCL anticipates to resume its Tin Free Steel operation by end of May 2016 and its Tinplate operation by the middle of June 2016. During the non-operation period, PVCL would temporarily shift its Tin Free Steel operation to an overseas manufacturer and its Tinplate operation to Perstima in Malaysia to fulfill the requirements of customers’ orders.
The Company has yet to finalise the financial impact on the Group as the assessment and loss survey by the insurance company are still pending, under both Property and Business Interruption Insurance policy.

末季淨利跌25% 馬鍍錫仍每股派息20仙

（吉隆坡30日訊）馬鍍錫（PERSTIM，5436，主要板工業）截至3月底末季營業額按年增15.3%至1億9951萬令吉，淨利則滑落24.6%至1322萬令吉，並宣佈每股派息20仙。
該公司向馬證交所報備指，全年營業額按年揚13%至7億4339萬令吉，淨利則增19.5%至5093萬令吉，全年股息高達38仙，較上財年每股35仙多出3仙。
馬鍍鍚說，末季產品銷量增長抵消價格下降的影響，帶動營業額走高，惟賺幅較低，導致即便銷量提高，也難免淨利遭受侵襲。
馬鍍鍚預計，令吉走勢將持續波動，加上進口提高將造成營運環境競爭增加，進而影響公司收益及成長，惟相信持續採取撙節措施可支持2017財年業績保持成長。【中国报财经】
