（吉隆坡1日讯）南亚（ASTINO，7162，主板工业产品股）截至10月31日首季净利跌6.1%，写569万8000令吉，因为产品赚幅萎缩、融资成本走高；惟仍宣布派息2.91仙。

首季营业额起0.6%，报1亿2106万2000令吉，归功于本地需求走扬。

但按季而言，营业额则是挫4.1%，因海外市场需求疲软。

国内外的营商环境挑战依旧。由于需求疲弱，加上钢铁及原料成本高涨，本地钢铁领域的赚幅将惨遭压缩。

为了应对挑战，公司将持续探索生产新钢铁建材的可能，渗透新市场。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡16日讯）南亚（ASTINO，7162，主板工业产品股）上周五以总值1946万8810.16令吉向Giap Hoe私人有限公司收购3项产业。

该公司向马交所报备，是通过独资子公司Astino Agro-House Multi系统进行这项收购活动。

南亚指出，这3项产业，分别为首项产业面积达7.025公顷，价值1587万9434.10令吉；次项产业面积达13万3795.2平方尺，价值280万9698.9令吉，以及第三项产业面积达3万7127.484平方尺，价值77万9677.16令吉。

该公司指出，收购新产业是为了满足业务发展需求。将通过内部融资和银行贷款完成上述交易。

截至1月31日次季，该公司营业额起10%，报1亿2839万8000令吉，累计上半年，净利涨23.3%至1313万令吉；营业额增长5.2%，报2亿4946万令吉。

营业额走高归功于海外市场需求增加，净利上扬则是因为销量增加和账面外汇收益。

南亚表示，国内外营商环境仍充满挑战。

南亚1 亿拓养鸡舍业务

（吉隆坡29日讯）南亚（ASTINO，7162，主板工业产品股）计划于今年底，投资逾1亿令吉，拓展里蒙高渊（Nibong Tebal）的养鸡业务。

根据《星报》，南亚执行主席兼总执行长吴培腾（译音）表示，预计年底落实这项多系统农房计划，但若国家经济影响末季业绩，也需会搁置。

“如果计划落实，公司将在明年初动工。”

新的养鸡舍将落在里蒙高渊，一块占地约10英亩的地皮上。目前，南亚在该块地皮已设有一间农房生产设施。

同时，在雪兰莪、马六甲和彭亨均有一个养鸡舍。

推高营业额15%

吴培腾预测，这项业务将为2015财年，捎来15%或6000万令吉的营业额。不过，令吉疲弱推高进口原料成本，料本财年赚幅微跌。

该公司80%农业产品在国内销售，其余则出口至亚太平洋区域。【南洋网财经】

需求疲软订单料降 南亚做好准备应对

（北海23日讯）屋顶产品制造商南亚有限公司（ASTINO，7162，工业产品组）预计，截至7月31日2016财年的营业额将按年下跌8至10%，因需求疲软。

这家槟城公司执行主席兼总执行长黄木丁指出，11月至1月季度的国际和本地订单大跌10%，并预料需求将在余下季度继续下跌。

他说：“我们为不景气做好准备，销售订单下跌预计将导致2016财年营业额跌8至10%，但我们希望维持2015财年的盈利赚幅。”

截至2015年10月31日的2016财年首季，南亚净利下跌10.9%至508万令吉，相较于上财年同期的570万令吉；营业额从1亿2106万令吉，跌4.7%至1亿1541万令吉。

当季表现疲弱归因于海外市场需求减少。

他说，为了维持盈利赚幅，该集团暂停了所有新投资，并通过冻结招聘和加班来减少营业成本。

他补充：“如果订单较少，也无需开动机器。”

由于令吉走软，该集团还降低从台湾和韩国进口原料，从之前的20%减至10%。

南亚的核心业务是制造屋顶产品，占总营业额的约90%。不过，该集团计划扩大其产品，包括为国内外市场提供多系统农房和温室。

他表示，家禽养殖厂的农房为集团贡献约8%营业额，而温室领域仅约1%。

“我们希望在2至3年进军越南、菲律宾和印尼的这两个市场。不过我们不会在本财年进行上述计划，因我们必须注意成本。”

展望未来，他说，内需疲软，竞争料越来越激烈，并补充重点将是确保维持市占率。

南亚第三季净利扬60%

（吉隆坡17日讯）基于损失获得赔偿，南亚（ASTINO，7162，主板工业产品股）截至4月杪第三季净利按年扬60.11%至991万9000令吉或每股净利3.62仙，优于上财年同季的619万5000令吉。

同季营业额则按年微跌8.34%至1亿2617万8000令吉，逊于上财年同季的1亿3766万4000令吉。

累计首9个月，净利按年扬13.41%，至2191万7000令吉或每股净利8仙；营业额则按年跌6.79%，至3亿6085万令吉。

展望未来，公司除了继续提供优良服务予消费者，也会继续研发金属建筑材料产品，以开发新的国内或海外市场。

换总执行长

此外，南亚今日宣布执行主席黄木丁不再兼任总执行长，由卸下营运总监职位的弟弟黄鸿世（译音）接手职务，即日生效。

黄鸿世现年49岁，在建材相关业务方面，拥有超过20年的经验和专业技术。

其中，68岁的黄木丁持有公司的2067万4536股或19.58%股权，黄鸿世则持股1687万2338股或15.98%。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡30日讯）营业额和盈利赚幅提高，南亚（Astino Bhd）第四季净利暴涨16.6倍。

该公司今日公布，截至7月杪的2016财政年末季，净利达840万令吉，或每股3.08仙，去年同期为47万9000令吉，或每股0.18仙。

这家屋顶产品制造商向大马交易所报备，末季营业额从9860万令吉，增13.4%至1亿1190万令吉。

全年净利劲扬53.27%至3030万令吉，或每股11.08仙，同期为1980万令吉，或每股7.23仙；营业额则跌2.67%至4亿7270万令吉，2015财年为4亿8570万令吉。

南亚指出，国内和全球市场的整体经商环境依然充满挑战。

该公司补充，由于内需疲弱、生产成本高，以及外汇波动，本地钢铁领域料面对盈利赚幅遭压缩。

展望未来，该公司表示将继续探讨生产新五金建材产品，以进军新市场的可能性。
