阿末查基資源 獲近2億合約

(吉隆坡23日訊)阿末查基資源(AZRB,7078,主要板建築)子公司獲頒總值近2億令吉的建築工程合約。

阿末查基資源向馬證交所報備指出,旗下阿末查基私人有限公司獲得由布城資源私人有限公司頒發總值1億8514萬令吉的合約,負責建設2棟辦公樓、零售空間、地下停車場和通道。

阿末查基私人有限公司同時負責提升通往Alamanda路的通道,及進行布城區域1的美化工程。

報備文告指出,上述工程料將在28個月內竣工,預計能在本財年12月底開始貢獻至公司淨資產和收入。【中国报财经】

Introduction
The Board of Directors of Ahmad Zaki Resources Berhad (“AZRB” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ahmad Zaki Sdn Bhd has on 23 July 2014, received a Letter of Award from Putrajaya Resources Sdn Bhd (“the Award”) for a project known as “The Proposed Construction and Completion of 2 Blocks of Office Buildings, Retails Spaces and External Works on Plots Z1 and Z2, 3 levels of Basement Parking and Access Road on Plots Z1, Z2, Z3 and Z4; and Upgrading Works to Jalan Alamanda with Associated Infrastructures and Landscaping Works at Precinct 1, Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya (“the Works”).

Information on the Works
The Award for the Works amounts to a total value of RM185,143,496.51 with a contractual period of 28 months commencing from the date of site possession.

Financial effects
The said Works shall not have any effect on the issued and paid-up capital of AZRB. However, the Works is expected to contribute positively to AZRB Group’s earnings and the net tangible assets from the financial year ending 31 December 2014 onwards.

Directors’ and Substantial Shareholders’ interest
None of the Directors and Substantial Shareholders of AZRB or any persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the aforesaid Works.

Statement by the Board of Directors
The Board of AZRB is of the opinion that the Works is in the best interest of the Company.

阿末查基遭索偿1249万

(吉隆坡24日讯)阿末查基(AZRB,7078,主板建筑股)接获Cobrain控股有限公司的仲裁通知书,向前者索偿1248万5653令吉。

阿末查基向马交所报备,是在周一接获仲裁通知书,并将与Cobrain控股进入诉讼程序。

Cobrain控股是阿末查基的承包商,原本负责沙地阿拉伯利雅得(Riyadh)的Alfaisal大学院校的首期和次期工程。

在这项工程中,Cobrain控股负责高压电、低电压以及电缆架构服务的供应,以及测试与试运。

Cobrain控股向阿末查基要求1437万941里亚尔(约1249万令吉)的赔偿,此外,也要求阿末查基负责诉讼程序涉及的费用。

阿末查基在2006年时获得Alfaisal大学的合约,但在2001年时却发生纠纷,因此终止这项计划。

在去年时,诉讼案告一段落,Alfaisal大学与King Alfaisal基金联合赔偿约9260万沙特里亚尔(约7960万令吉)给阿末查基。

The Board of Directors of Ahmad Zaki Resources Berhad (“AZRB”) wishes to announce that AZRB had on 20 October 2014 received a Notice of Arbitration from Cobrain Holdings Sdn Bhd (“CHSB”) to commence arbitration proceedings against AZRB.

CHSB is a sub-contractor appointed by AZRB to undertake the sub-contract work to “Supply, Install, Testing and Commissioning of Electrical High Tension, Low Voltage and Structure Cabling Services for the Construction of Phase 1 and Phase 2” for the project known as “Al-Faisal University Campus Development Project” in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The arbitration proceeding is commenced against AZRB to seek the following relief:-
(a) The full payment of the final claim totalling SAR14,370,941.28 (approximately RM12,485,653);
(b) All costs and expenses in and occasioned by these proceedings (including but not limited to legal costs and disbursements, the cost and expenses of the arbitrator/tribunal, transcription services, the costs or expert advice and of other assistance required by the arbitrator/tribunal and the fees and expenses of the appointing authority); and
(c) Such further relief or other relief as may be expedient or ancillary to the principal relief claimed.

AZRB has consulted its solicitors who will defend the case on AZRB’s behalf.

答:
(1)截至2014年6月30日為止,阿末查基資源的總資產值為10億6千611萬2千792令吉,包括現金及現金存款有1億6千256萬5千612令吉。而總負債則有7億3千766萬5千487令吉。

該公司的股本為1億2千零88萬5千零64令吉,儲備金及庫存股總值為2億零254萬3千517令吉。該公司每股資產值則為67.09仙。這點主要資料供參考。

(2)要衡量該公司歷年來的管理層素質表現,以過去年來的業績表現盈虧,相信可以作為一個良好的指標之一。

從2004年12月31日為止財政年至2013年之間的10年裡,該公司在8年裡有利可圖,只有2年虧損,就是在2004年蒙受1千174萬8千令吉淨虧損、以及在2010年蒙淨虧損6千163萬令吉。

其餘8年的淨利幅度介於568萬9千(2013年)至2千629萬5千令吉(2007年)之間。

雖然上述過去10年的表現是8賺2虧,惟賺幅的幅度多介於1千多萬令吉至2千多萬令吉之間,惟一旦虧損則是非常可觀,即在2010年蒙受淨虧6千163萬令吉,足以抵消3至4個財政年的賺幅。惟簡單的總結,整體應該算是略為中上情況。

與此同時,該公司在過去10年裡的營業額,則從2億5千791萬5千令吉,逐漸增加至5億8千497萬7千令吉。

(3)該公司的業務展望方面,興業研究在7月24日的報告指出,該公司為小資本公共基建計劃的良好代理公司,隨著該公司攫取得1億8千500萬令吉的布城建築物/道路工程計劃後,預料使其2013至2015年財政年之間的淨利表現料可顯著改善,主要是建築盈利有增無減,以及種植業務虧損也縮減。
該行也看好其持有的特許經營權資產及油棕種植業務的前景。

截至2014年7月24日為止,該公司在今年為止已攫取4億8千300萬令吉的工程合約,使它手握的建築工程合約總值增加約9%至22億令吉(足可忙碌2至3年)。該行預測該公司將在2014年全年取得約5億令吉的新合約。

該行預測的潛在風險,包括2014年及2015年的新合約,每年少於預測的5億令吉及生產成本走高等。

該公司也參與巴生河流域的捷運地下鐵工程計劃及各類政府設施的建設。

該行指出,若是東巴生河流域高速大道計劃(EKVE)開始啟動,發展總值為15億5千萬令吉,預料該公司的工程合約值將有望增加逾70%至38億令吉。

目前該公司在印尼加里曼丹西部擁有2萬1千公頃的油棕種植土地。

(吉隆坡21日讯)阿末查基(AZRB,7078,主板建筑股)独资子公司Trend Vista发展私人有限公司,以总值464万193令吉,收购位于彭亨关丹的一块占地接近6.25英亩的地皮。

公司希望能够通过进入Indera Mahkota市镇的住宅发展,从关丹经济蓬勃成长中分一杯羹。

同时,预计该住宅发展会从关丹强劲成长获益,并提供良好的投资回酬。

根据文告,该地皮的位置不俗,因Indera Mahkota市镇发展被完善的住宅和商业发展计划包围着,同时,该市镇也在成长中,并拥有广泛的设施和设备。

(吉隆坡22日讯)阿末查基(AZRB,7078,主板建筑股)与TBSupply Base公司(简称TBSB)和TB Realty公司(简称TBR),签署转租和配送合约。

阿末查基独资子公司,Inter-Century旗下的Astral Far East(简称AFE),昨天与TBSB和TBR签署为期32年合约后,后者同意将吉兰丹一块土地及燃料和水源补给设备,租给AFE。

根据合约,AFE将在这里经营补给、运送和销售深海石油和饮用水业务。

无论如何,AFE必须获得有关当局的营业执照,才能开始营运。

阿末查基指,上述发展符合了公司持续拓展油气业务的目标,也估计该业务可在今年开始,看见盈利贡献。【南洋网财经】

阿末查基冀油气业 4年贡献20%营收

(吉隆坡30日讯)待吉兰丹督巴里(Tok Bali)港口仓储设备投入运作后,阿末查基(AZRB,7078,主板建筑股)油气业务料将在4年内,贡献20%的营收。

总营运长拿督罗斯兰表示,目前油气业务贡献集团9%的营收,以及近半的盈利。

“除了在新港口兴建一个水槽,阿末查基将投资1300万至1500万令吉,发展两座海事油槽和其他辅助设备。”

阿末查基计划吸引马泰联合开发区(MTJDA)的10%船只使用督巴里的加油服务;目前,有90%的船只已使用公司在甘马挽(Kemaman)供应基地的加油服务。

罗斯兰在阿末查基独资子公司Astral远东,与督巴里供应基地签署一项租赁协议后发表以上谈话。

他表示,目前并未使用公司在甘马挽加油服务的马泰联合开发区10%船只,都是走向泰国宋卡(Songkla)。

不过,他看好督巴里的策略性位置,因相当靠近马泰联合开发区。[南洋网财经]

(吉隆坡12日讯)阿末查基(AZRB,7078,主板建筑股)东巴生谷大道(EKVE)经营权合约,获工程部批准,可于即日起动工。

该公司向马交所报备,负责这项计划的子公司EKVE有限公司,接获工程部函件,指EKVE公司符合经营权合约的条件,合约将于今日起生效。

阿末查基在2013年2月13日,获政府颁发大道经营权,将负责建筑、经营及管理东巴生谷大道(EKVE),建筑成本达15亿5113万令吉;经营权为期50年,政府同意提供最高6亿3500万令吉的贷款,年利息4%,双方将就这项援助签署另一项协议。

根据协议,EKVE首先负责东巴生谷大道的设计、建筑,以及设备设置,包括现有道路的升级和拓宽工程。【南洋网财经】

PROPOSED DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, COMPLETION, OPERATION, MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE EAST KLANG VALLEY EXPRESSWAY
We refer to our announcement made on 13 February 2013 in relation to the above matter.

The Board of Directors of Ahmad Zaki Resources Berhad is pleased to inform that its wholly-owned subsidiary, EKVE Sdn Bhd (“EKVE”) has on 12 February 2015 received a letter from the Government of Malaysia as represented by the Ministry of Works, confirming that EKVE has met all conditions precedent as set out in the Concession Agreement.

In this respect, the Government has confirmed the Effective Date for the Concession of the East Klang Valley Expressway (“Expressway”) to be on 12 February 2015. With this confirmation, EKVE will commence physical works on the Expressway with immediate effect.

This announcement is dated 12 February 2015.

竞购UEM Builders 传TRC阿末查基争出线

(吉隆坡11日讯)传TRC协作(TRC,5054,主板建筑股)与阿末查基(AZRB,7078,主板建筑股)是UEM集团旗下工程与建筑公司UEM Builders有限公司剩余的竞购者。

消息指,其他公司包括马资源(MRCB,1651,主板建筑股)和前财政部长敦达因相关的私人公司,都已从竞标活动中被淘汰。

不过,报道引述消息,未探悉UEM集团将以什么价位脱售建筑业务。

“UEM Builders脱售计划引起许多土著建筑公司的购兴,但现只剩下几间公司在竞争。不过,更重要的是,UEM集团举例完成脱售活动的目标更接近了,这更重要。”

不过,未能联络上阿末查基针对上述消息求证。

UEM集团也拒绝透露脱售活动的详情。

订单仅32亿

业界消息指出,尽管海内外都有不少工程,但UEM Builders的财务状况不好。

根据大马公司委员会资料显示,截至2013年12月底,UEM Builders净利达3840万令吉,营业额则达24亿令吉。

至于资产负债表,流动资产达20亿令吉,非流动资产则达2亿4630万令吉。

但短期债务达15亿令吉,长期债务则达3520万令吉,且储备金是负2亿48300万令吉。

业者还透露,UEM Builders目前的订单仅32亿令吉,远比2012年高达60至70亿令吉的订单低。【南洋网财经】

阿末查基获1.1亿东海岸道路合约

(吉隆坡21日讯)阿末查基(AZRB,7078,主板建筑股)今日宣布,获得东海岸经济区域发展协会(ECERDC)颁发一项总值达1亿1326万4222令吉的合约,主要负责建筑和完成关丹港口城市(KPC)的衔接道路中的ECERDC3A工程配套,包括高架公路交匯处和双车道道路。

根据文告指出,该项合约由该公司旗下独资子公司-阿末查基有限公司负责。工程期限为108个星期。

公司管理层表示,该项工程合约预计將为公司2015財政年(12月31日结账)的盈利和净资產带来正面贡献。

该股周四无起落,以0.705令吉掛收,全天成交量为71万4000股。【东方网财经】

Introduction
The Board of Directors of Ahmad Zaki Resources Berhad (“AZRB” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ahmad Zaki Sdn Bhd has on 20 May 2015, received a Letter of Acceptance from East Coast Economic Region Development Council (“ECERDC”) (“the Award”) for a project known as “The Proposed Construction and Completion of the KPC Port Link Road in Kuantan Port City, Pahang Darul Makmur for ECERDC Package 3A – Elevated Interchange at Gebeng Bypass and Dual Carriageway Road from Ch5600 to Ch9500” (“the Works”).

Information on the Works
The Award for the Works amounts to a total value of RM113,264,221.04 with a contractual period of 108 weeks commencing from the date of site possession.

Financial effects
The Works shall not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital of AZRB. However, the Works is expected to contribute positively to AZRB Group’s earnings and the net tangible assets from the financial year ending 31 December 2015 onwards.

Directors’ and Substantial Shareholders’ interest
None of the Directors and Substantial Shareholders of AZRB or any persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the aforesaid Works.

Statement by the Board of Directors
The Board of AZRB is of the opinion that the Works is in the best interest of the Company.

阿末查基前景看建築表現

該公司最近企業發展是於5月20日宣佈的取得一項新工程合約。該公司獲得東海岸經濟區域發展理事會(ECERDC)頒發一項工程合約,總值為1億1千326萬4千令吉,以為關丹港口城市興建港口相聯道路,包括興建高架交通樞杻及雙向道路等工程。

隨著攫取上述新工程合約,使該公司旗下建築業務所持工程合約總值達33億8千800萬令吉,足讓該公司忙碌好幾年或有數年盈利透明度。

2015年6月30日為止,該公司次季淨利為963萬1千令吉(每股淨利為1.99仙),比較前期淨利為363萬8千令吉(每股淨利為1.10仙)。次季營業額為1億5千556萬7千令吉,前期為1億7千136萬令吉。該公司的每股資產值為69.52仙。

當時,該公司談到業務前景時指出,該公司旗下的建築業務料有更好表現,因其所持有的工程合約訂單保持強勁,以及加強工程訂單的前景也令人鼓舞。

同時,該公司旗下的油氣業務持續蓬勃及為公司提供穩定的收入流。而旗下的種植業務也將達到正面的回酬。
