On behalf of the Board of Directors of Ho Hup, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a private placement of up to 10% of the total number of issued shares. The Proposed Private Placement will be undertaken pursuant to the general mandate for issuance of shares pursuant to Sections 75 and 76 of the Companies Act 2016 which was approved by the shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting convened on 31 May 2023, which authorised the Directors of the Company to issue and allot new ordinary shares in Ho Hup (“Shares” or “Ho Hup Shares”) not exceeding 10% of the total number of issued.
