1) Require MOQ = 20 boxes (Commission for every box that you sell is 36.8%)
2) Not MOQ required. Means not need to keep any stock. (Commission for every box that you sell is 21.1%)
Hi, property negotiator is a person who acts as an intermediary between sellers and buyers of real estate and attempts to find sellers who wish to sell and buyers who wish to buy. There are common tasks involved and typical work activities tend to include:-
- collecting information about a property and arranging for photographs to be taken
- visiting and talking to the sellers about their property and its special features
- estimating the value of the property
- marketing and promoting properties for sale
- representing the sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers
- monitoring sales as they proceed and liaising with all interested parties including mortgage agent, solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents
- advising clients and helping buyers to decide what they want to buy
- making sure that a price is agreed that is acceptable to both buyer and seller
- keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market, as well as the commercial market
We normally collect 2-3% of property selling price from vendor upon a successful deal. We will provide you a full set of training after you go through the interview session with us.
