（吉隆坡29日讯）巴迪尼控股（Padini Holdings Bhd）未能从3个月免税假期中受惠。

截至今年9月30日止首季（2019财年首季），该集团的净利按年劲挫42.5%至1796万令吉，上财年同季为3120万令吉，主要是赚幅承压所致。

惟季度营业额按年微扬4.6%至3亿2980万令吉，上财年同期报3亿1518万令吉，归功于Brands Outlets的销量增加。

2019财年首季的每股盈利跌至2.73仙，之前为4.75仙。尽管如此，该集团宣布在截至2019年6月30日止财年，派发每股2.5仙第二次中期股息，将于12月28日支付。

该集团指出，总盈利赚幅从43%，滑落至40%，是拉低税前盈利的部分原因。

展望未来，尽管经济环境充满挑战且成本上升，该集团仍有信心继续获利。

“管理层将继续对外部环境的变化保持警惕并采取必要行动，包括审查我们的成本结构，以维持长期可持续增长。”

（吉隆坡27日讯）由于盈利赚幅下降，巴迪尼控股（Padini Holdings Bhd）第四季净利按年微跌4.84%。

这家时装零售商今日向大马交易所报备，截至6月杪2019财政年末季净利为5444万令吉，或每股8.27仙，低于上财年同期的5721万令吉，或每股8.7仙。

“去年的盈利赚幅较高，主要由于注销库存回拨和库存减记。”

末季营业额则从4亿7791万令吉，扬升8.07%至5亿1647万令吉，归功于店面销售表现更佳。

该集团宣布派发每股2.5仙的首个中期股息，将于9月30日支付。

巴迪尼在2019财政年净赚1亿6018万令吉，较2018财年的1亿7817万令吉，按年下跌10%；营业额则由16亿8000万令吉，升6.21%至17亿8000万令吉。

展望未来，尽管经济环境充满挑战，且成本不断上升，但该集团有信心在下财年获利。

（吉隆坡12日讯）巴迪尼控股（PADINI,7052,主板消费产品服务组）积极展开促销活动，料可提振销售，惟国内消费领域竞争异常，大马投行维持现有盈利预测不变。

大马投行表示，国内消费领域虽有成长，但时尚服饰也竞争异常，相信该公司扩展脚步将放慢，且该公司也有意关闭表现欠佳的服饰店。

目前，该公司共有55家Brands Outlets及48家Concept Stores。

大马投行认为，促销活动可提振销售，且以当下经济走势而言，有条件可向供应商谈判争取更有利的价格，这有助于降低销售成本。

海外业务方面，该公司在柬埔寨与泰国各有3家及7家分店，仍处于孕育期，大马投行相信会拖累2020财政年的盈利。

大马投行认为，该公司2020财政年首季表现将会比较疲弱，一来7月至9月缺乏销售季节，二来，首季向来是该公司最疲弱的季节。值得关注的是，该公司也受到销售税及大马财务报告准则16（MFRS16），预期2020财政年业绩备受挑战。

大马投行提醒，时尚快速变化及马币走弱，是该公司需面对的风险。

大马投行选择静观其变，维持该公司“守住”评级及3令吉75仙目标价，本益比估值为15倍。
