(Unless stated otherwise, definitions used throughout this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 20 September 2013 in relation to the Debt Restructuring Agreement.) Further to the Company’s announcements dated 20 September 2013, 24 September 2013 and 25 September 2013 in respect of the Debt Restructuring Agreement, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has received formal confirmation from the lawyer today thatthe documents for the discharge of properties have been submitted to the Pejabat Pengarah Tanah Dan Galian Kelantan and the discharge process is deemedcompleted upon lodgment. Therefore, the Debt Restructuring is deemed completed. This announcement is dated 27 March 2015.

当季营业额按年跌5.42%，达930万1000令吉，逊于去年同期的983万4000令吉。

根据文告，当季Eastland旗下产业投资和酒店业务营业额稍逊，出租与融资业务无营收。

惟产业发展业务营业额录得321万令吉，涨2.3倍，归因于脱售吉隆坡文良港的产业。
