During the year, the Group continued to upgrade its products and
facilities to attract new and repeated visitors to the resort. Another
four floors(13楼-16楼) of Genting Hotel were converted and upgraded into
Maxims Club (www.maxims.com.my), making up a total of six floors
for this unique club. This “hotel within a hotel” concept features 3
units of Maxims Suites & Residences and 107 units of Club Suites,
a classy business centre, a private VIP check-in lounge and an
exclusive dining and entertainment facility.
18-storey Genting Hotel Complex
Maxims Residences, located on the 17th and 18th floors（top of the hotel） of Genting Hotel,
offers luxury living with state-of-the-art facilities and extraordinary spacious
suites. The largest suite, “Royal Suite” has a built-up area of 13,000 square
feet with jacuzzis, sauna, massage area, gym and audio-visual room. These
super luxury rooms cater exclusively to corporate and premium guests.
Maxims has a collaborative marketing programme with its sister brand in
Maxims Casino Club, London, one of the select number of high-end casinos
in the UK.
22-storey First World Hotel & Car Park V
10-level Theme Park Hotel
During the year under review, the Group developed another luxury brand
accommodation with the “hotel within a hotel” concept. Three top floors（26,27,28th） of
Highlands Hotel [/SIZE]were upgraded and converted into the new Club Elite.
28-storey Highlands Hotel & Car Park IV
Comprising 86 luxurious suites and two new fine dining and high-end buffet
restaurants, Club Elite[/SIZE] provides a stylish and contemporary ambience for the
Resort’s premier gaming patrons.
Room refurbishments were also carried out at the other hotels.
In Highlands
Hotel, two floors of Deluxe and Premier rooms were refurbished and upgraded
in September 2006.
480 superior rooms at Resort Hotel were enhanced
with deluxe facilities in May and four of its top floors were renovated in
November. .
