Tong Palm Oil Mill (“STPOM”)- 1.  TDM Plantation Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 110679-W) (“TDMP”)  entered into Built, Own, Operate and Transfer (“BOOT”) agreement with Concord Biotech Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 941412-V) (“CBSB”) (“BOOT Agreement”) The BOOT agreement entails granting and authorizing CBSB to design, engineer, finance, construct, commission, own, operate, transfer, maintain and manage directly a Biogas Plant with Power Generation Facilities at Sungai Tong Palm Oil Mill, Sungai Tong, Setiu, Terengganu and Kemaman Palm Oil Mill, Padang Kubu, Kemaman, Terengganu on a BOOT basis. 2.  Kumpulan Ladang-Ladang Trengganu Sdn Bhd (Company No. 13017-V) (“KLLT”) entered into Sub-Lease agreement with CBSB (“Sub-Lease Agreement”) The Lease Agreement is related to the leasing of part of lands under the following titles for the development of Bio-Gas Plants:- (i) Q.T.(R) Kemanan, Lot PT. 嘉隆发展医药中心遭索偿350万

（吉隆坡12日讯）嘉隆发展(TDM,2054,主板种植组)旗下医药中心遭索偿至少350万令吉，以对病黎面临的医疗疏忽提供赔偿。

该公司文告说，嘉隆发展今日获子公司格拉纳再也医药中心（KJMC）通知，后者和一名医生被一名病黎同列为第一和第二答辩人，指在施手术或治疗前未妥善遵守医药程序和提供适当配备治疗而有疏忽之嫌。

该名病黎因而索取总损失，50万令吉特别损失、300万令吉示范性赔偿和有待评估的蒙羞损失、8%利息和支付堂费等。

起诉者已透过律师楼入禀沙亚南高庭，高级助理主簿官订9月17日处理此案；答辩方将延聘律师与准备答辩书。

（吉隆坡31日讯）嘉隆发展（TDM，2054，主板种植股）宣布，以现金700万令吉向TH种植（THPLANT，5112，主板种植股）收购THP-YT种植的2590万股或70%股权，并将代THP-HY偿付一笔公司间贷款。

THP-YT种植是TH种植与登嘉楼基金联营的公司，双方各持股70%及30%，THP-HY在登嘉楼拥有3块种植地，总面积为2594.5公顷，当中有2307公顷是已种植面积，树龄介于2年至9年。

嘉隆发展将支付TH种植700万令吉的现金，TH-HY种植将偿付THP Suria Mekar私人有限公司所提供的约7868万令吉的垫款。THP Suria Mekar是TH种植的独资子公司。

TH-HY种植将通过银行贷款，及从嘉隆发展及登嘉楼基金获得6200万令吉的垫款，偿还部份欠款。THP Suria Mekar将以1令吉代价将其馀欠款转让给嘉隆发展。

股价一起一跌

双方签署初步协议，开始洽商买卖协议及偿付协议的最终条款，期限是8周。

嘉隆发展指出，这项收购计划将提高公司种植面积至3万3653公顷，约2至9年的年轻树将改善公司整体平均树龄。有关土地邻近公司现有的种植地，可善用公司的加工设施，达到更高的成本效益。

在上述消息出炉前，嘉隆发展股价已连续多个交易日交投活跃，并显著攀升。周二（31日）也并未退烧，盘中升至最高的43.5仙，写下2018年2月21日以来的新高；最后以42仙闭市，全天上涨1.5仙或3.7%，共有1亿2167万股易手，位居全场第最大上升股。

若按24日的31仙闭市价计算，该股至今上涨11仙或35.48%。TH种植股价呈跌势，全天下滑2仙或2.99%，至65仙闭市，共有246万股易手。

根据文告，TH种植与嘉隆发展已签署初步协议，以700万令吉收购THP-YT种植公司，同时嘉隆发展同意支付拖欠TH种植的7868万4857令吉公司间预支款，因此预计8568万4857令吉。

THP-YT种植公司在登嘉楼实兆拥有3片总面积达2594.50公顷油棕园，其中2307公顷已种有油棕树，平均树龄2至9年。
