Netx与2金融公司签约
2017年9月24日
（吉隆坡23日讯）Netx控股（NETX，0020，创业板）宣布，子公司分别与中国广州E-DO Business Technology Corporation（简称E-Do）和Allinpay金融控股签约。
Netx控股向交易所报备，子公司Payallz私人有限公司共与E-Do签署两项合约，分别是区域代理协议和补充协议，颁发独家代理权给Payallz。
Payallz将通过微信支付、银联、京东支付、Allinpay钱包和其他线上钱包，在大马向商家推广由Allinpay网络服务公司提供的面对面付款清算服务、线上扫描支付和结算业务。
另外，Payallz也与Allinpay金融控股签署合作协议。其中，Allinpay金融控股将为Payallz的客户或商家，提供金融收据服务、贸易平台和交易查询服务。
无论如何，在商家还未参与由Payallz进行的活动前，最新合约不会影响Netx控股2018财年的净利和净资产。
一旦商家进行收购，则将贡献Netx控股的未来净利。【e南洋】

正銜接支付系統 微信支付料明年首季在馬開跑

（吉隆坡12日訊）據業內可靠消息，中國騰訊的微信支付（WeChat Pay）極可能在明年首季即可開放給大馬人于國內使用，中國旅客則最快可在今年底來馬時使用微信支付。
《中國報》探悉，微信支付在馬使用的事宜已交由兩國中央銀行處理中。
可靠業內消息告訴本報，國內數家銀行及支付系統，正與微信著手銜接支付系統的詳細工作，預計明年首季內便可開跑。
這意味，屆時出門消費時，若有關商店接受微信支付，國人使用手機掃二維碼即可過賬，而且是以令吉結算。
今年7月，微信支付全球營運董事殷潔曾在香港透露，基于大馬有很大的華人市場，騰訊已在大馬申請執照，擬通過微信支付提供本地貨幣付款服務，這是該平台在中國以外的首項外幣支付服務。
如果申請獲得批准，大馬用戶可將銀行賬戶與微信支付綁定，以令吉作為支付貨幣，為商品和服務付款。
大馬國行官網資料顯示，國行迄今已發出共29張電子貨幣發行機構（E-money Issuers）執照，當中5張發給銀行，剩余24張發給非銀行機構，包括大馬支付寶（Alipay）私人有限公司，但微信支付還不在名單內。
NETX控股藉合作提供服務
除了微信支付“本尊”將登陸大馬，大馬公司也與中國公司合作，預計今年底，中國旅客將可用微信支付在本地付款。
NETX控股（NETX，0020，創業板科技）透露，將在今年底啟動銀聯支付、微信支付和Allinpay錢包，先攻中國旅客市場。
NETX控股回應《中國報》電郵提問說，公司透過旗下PayAllZ私人有限公司，與中國面對面支付服務供應商Allinpay的合作，帶進了這些電子錢包。
該公司透露，這些支付功能尚在測試階段，預計今年底可啟用。商家只要跟公司旗下AllZ Wallet簽約，便可提供這些支付便利。
“我們目前瞄準的是，以他們原本的電子錢包應用程序（如微信支付），在大馬消費的中國旅客。”
商家以令吉結算
NETX控股指出，PayAllZ旗下產品包括AllZ Wallet商家應用程式，商家可使用有關應用程式並掃瞄消費者電子錢包的二維條碼（QR Code）。接受的付款包括Allinpay錢包、威世、萬事達卡、網上銀行轉賬等。
在這種交易模式下，商家將接受以令吉結算的銷售，消費者則支付人民幣（若使用Allinpay錢包）。
詢及這些服務是否會在地化，讓消費者使用令吉做結算時，NETX控股表示有此打算，但不在現階段計劃內。
“目前，這個計劃只瞄準在大馬使用人民幣的中國旅客。”
NETX控股指出，公司目前合作商家已經超過1000家。
由于這種交易模式並不要求客戶存錢到旗下AllZ Wallet，因此NETX控股不需要向國行申請電子貨幣執照。【中国报财经】 |

Netx联手PayAllZ
进军柬电子钱包
2017年12月6日
（吉隆坡5日讯）Netx控股（NETX，0020，创业板）宣布，与PayAllZ国际有限公司（PIL）合作，进军柬埔寨电子钱包市场。
首先，Netx控股将授权PayAllZ国际有限公司（PIL）使用AllZ Wallet电子钱包平台，并提供科技与软件支援服务，为期6年。
该公司今日向交易所报备，持股60%的子公司PayAllZ私人有限公司（PASB）与PIL签署授权、软体执行与支援协议，为期6年，若符合条件，可另更新5年。
PIL将销售AllZ Wallet电子钱包平台给柬埔寨Vattanac银行，并与Netx控股分享50%盈利。
PASB则提供电子钱包平台方案，包括软件许可证、专业服务、盈余与维修支援服务。
Netx控股预计，一旦PIL与Vattanac银行在明年首季签署协议，就会贡献盈利和净资产。【e南洋】
