歐洲市場復甦 百利金創18個月新高

（吉隆坡7日訊）隨著歐洲市場復甦，券商認為百利金（PELIKAN，5231，主要板消費）是受惠于歐洲復甦、國內最佳代表股項，帶動股價寫18個月新高水平。

百利金以72.5仙開跑，在開盤1小時攀升4.5仙或6.25%，至76.5仙。隨后，該股收窄增幅，休市時掛75.5仙，起3.5仙，為18個月以來最高水平；半日成交量686萬5900股。

該股午盤維持在相關價位，閉市時，該股上揚3仙，報75仙，成交量933萬2100股。

對于銷售貢獻主要來自歐洲市場的百利金，跟隨歐洲經濟復甦的步伐，2013財年全年終于取得254萬令吉稅前盈利。不過，2013財年末季而言，虧損從5341萬令吉，大幅收窄至937萬令吉。

根據2013財年的報備文件，德國業務貢獻821萬2000令吉營業額。

該公司早前解釋說，德國業務獲得正面發展，因為該國消費情緒改善，促使該國客戶增加訂單，尤其學校文具產品。【中国报财经】

遭馬證交所質詢 百利金漲16仙

（吉隆坡19日訊）近來股價頻頻走高的百利金（PELIKAN，5231，主要板消費），今日股價再度走高，一度高漲23仙或19%，報1.42令吉，遭馬證交所發出“異常交易活動”（UMA）。

百利金今日股價再度走高，開盤先起6仙，以1.25令吉迎市，隨后持續走高，並以1.37令吉掛休，漲18仙，半日成交量達1573萬7200股。午盤間，該股更一度高漲23仙或19%至1.42令吉。

閉市時，該股報1.35令吉，漲16仙，成交量達2708萬2700股。

隨后，馬證交所對該股發出“異常交易活動”諮詢，要求公司對股價今日異常走高做出解釋。

百利金自上週四起，股價頻頻走高，短短4日，股價從1令吉起至今日的1.35令吉，上漲35仙或35%。

隨后，該公司在回應時指出，公司上財年業績轉虧為盈，並在今年3月完成德國和奧地利業務內部重組，公司也正在評估內部重組的可能性，以更好反映業務和價值，但這還未確定。待公司確定后，會再另作宣布。

除了上述業務，公司並沒其他未宣布計劃，也不清楚任何報告和傳言，影響公司業務和股價。【中国报财经】

（吉隆坡23日讯）白利金（PELIKAN，5231，主板消费产品股）建议私下配售最多5000万股新普通股，每股面值1令吉，相等于发行及缴足资本的10%。

目前，公司发行及缴足资本为5亿786万8050令吉。

假设发售价为每股1.19令吉，较截至昨日的1.317令吉5天加权均价，折价约9.6%。

对此，预计可筹集5950万令吉，供偿还银行贷款及作为营运资本。

（吉隆坡29日讯）白利金（PELIKAN，5231，主板消费产品股）总裁兼总执行长吕少杰，通过买卖期权合约，在本周二（27日）以70.2仙，收购公司5.68%股权。

这收购价较今日1.39令吉闭市价，低68.8仙或50%。

根据文告，吕少杰通过PBS OFfice Supplies控股，使用与益资利金融（ECM，2143，主板金融股）的买卖期权协议，购入2883万股，或相等5.68%。

重组近完成业绩将转盈 白利金放眼今年赚4300 万

（吉隆坡18日讯）随着即将完成业务重组，白利金（PELIKAN，5231，主板消费产品股）放眼今年可转亏为盈，并有望取得1000万欧元（约4300万令吉）的净利。

白利金总裁兼总执行长吕少杰在股东大会后向媒体表示，公司过去2、3年转注于减低成本、提高效率和精简产品。

“我们即将在未来2、3个月完成重组计划，今年势必可转亏为盈。”

他指出，贡献80%营业额的欧洲市场经济开始好转，加上重组计划开始奏效，可推动今年业绩表现。

“未来，我们会把焦点放在如何提升营业额，以及释放资产潜在价值。”

截至3月杪首季，白利金净亏1120万令吉，上财年同期净亏923万令吉；同期营业额则报3亿1300万令吉，较上财年同期的3亿2800万令吉逊色。

中国文具合作告吹

目前，欧美市场贡献95%的集团营业额，本地市场则占有5%。

“欧美市场是发达国家，美术文学的学生比发展中国际多，所以文具消耗也相对较多，需求也比较稳定。”

日后，他会继续专注于欧美市场，同时逐步进军需求渐强的非洲市场。

另一方面，吕少杰证实与中国文具（CSL，5214，主板消费产品股）之间的合作告吹。

“大家的共识不再相同，所以决定终止合作。”

去年12月，双方签署了两年经销协议，白利金委任中国文具（以非独家方式）在香港和中国，分销和销售旗下品牌办公室和学校文具。【南洋网财经】

德國子公司擬上市 百利金注資近12億

（吉隆坡8日訊）百利金（PELIKAN，5231，主要板消費）德國子公司Herlitz Aktiengesellschaft將分拆旗下主要子公司及特定資產上市，並進行一系列企業活動，冀整合旗下業務。

該公司向馬證交所報備，將在此計劃下進行重整，以總值2億6600萬歐元（約11億9000萬令吉）將部分資產注入德國上市子公司Herlitz Aktiengesellschaft旗下，后者將發行2億6600萬股不記名股票支付。

文告中指出，所有將注入的資產將為該公司帶來總值約8億840萬令吉收入，相等于百利金56.1%收入，並在2013財年帶來3920萬令吉獲利，淨資產總值約5億5270萬令吉。

另外，Herlitz將以每股至少1歐元（約4.31令吉）私下配售5000萬股，籌資4億9130萬令吉，供集團業務發展、營運資本、償還債務及計劃經費；百利金及百利金控股AG則將分別獻售3000萬股。
