Further to the announcement dated 16 August 2017, the Company wishes to inform that a joint venture company under the name of BHIC Systems Integration Sdn Bhd (1244255-P) (“BHICSI”) has been incorporated on 22 August 2017. The principal activity of BHICSI is to set-up, establish and run the activities relating to business of project management, contract administration, and related services for defence industry in Malaysia, especially but not limited to the Littoral Combat Ship (“LCS”) for the Royal Malaysian Navy, Combat System Equipment and Combat Management System procurement, Combat System Engineering and Combat System Integration activities. BHICSI shall be the recipient of the LCS Programme Transfer of Technology obligations to be fulfilled by Naval Group (previously known as “DCNS S.A”), France, which is the design authority for the LCS as well as the combat management system or Combat Ship Equipment Original Equipment Manufacturer, except those for manufacturing activities subject to the terms and conditions of the Joint Venture Agreement dated 16 August 2017. The current paid-up share capital of BHICSI is RM1,000,000.00, comprising of 1,000,000 ordinary shares. The Shareholders and their respective shareholding in BHICSI are as follows:- a) BHIC Defence Technologies Sdn Bhd - 51%; and b) RD Investment AG - 49%. The said incorporation would have material effect on the consolidated earnings of the BHIC Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2017. None of the Directors and Substantial Shareholders of the Company and persons connected with the Directors and Substantial Shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the incorporation of BHICSI. 寶實得重工業擬爭取更多合約

（吉隆坡29日訊）寶實得重工業（BHIC，8133，主要板工業）有意從大馬海軍，獲得更多造船，甚至是保養、維修及精密檢查（MRO）的合約。

在海軍的長期計劃下，該公司將為瀕海任務艦（LMS）和瀕海戰鬥艦（LCS）執行造船工程，並準備通過自家或合作夥伴方式，競標多功能支援艦（MRSS）工程。

寶實得重工業與中國造船公司分包商正在建築4艘瀕海任務艦，以及在法國夥伴的協助和建議下，建築瀕海戰鬥艦。有關瀕海任務艦合約價值11億7000萬令吉，目前公司與海軍官方，正與中方敲定船艦設計。

同時，瀕海戰鬥艦合約總值90億令吉。

寶實得重工業執行副主席兼董事經理丹斯里阿末蘭里向《新海峽時報》指出：“中國公司是根據大馬的需求設計船艦。”

這其中有兩艘船將在中國建造，其余會在公司位于霹靂紅土坎的船廠建設。源自中國的首艘船隻將在2019年交付，第2和第3艘將于2020年交付，第4艘則在2021年交付。【中国报财经】

莫实得重工业今日向交易所报备，独资子公司BHIC国防科技私人有限公司，是在上周一（23日）接获国防部信函，双方将在稍后正式签约。

The Company wishes to announce that on 30 October 2017, BHIC Defence Techservices Sdn Bhd (“BDTS”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had received and accepted a Letter dated 23 October 2017 from the Ministry of Defence Malaysia representing the Government of Malaysia, awarding BDTS a contract for the supply and delivery of Communication Suite for Squadron 23rd Frigate of the Royal Malaysian Navy (“the Contract”) at a contract value of Ringgit Malaysia Nineteen Million and Five Hundred Thousand (RM19,500,000.00) for a contract period of two (2) years from the date of acceptance of the award. A formal contract between the Government of Malaysia and BDTS will be signed at a later date. The Contract will have no material effect on the earnings of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2017 but will contribute positively to the future earnings of BHIC Group. （吉隆坡15日讯）莫实得重工业（BHIC，8133，主板工业产品股）截至9月杪第三季，净利仅达774万9000令吉或每股3.12仙，按年减47.92%；但仍宣布派息每股2仙。

莫实得重工业今日向交易所报备，除权日和享有权益日，分别落在12月22日和27日。

营业额按年微跌0.07%，报6426万2000令吉。

累计9个月，净利大增63.03%至3440万2000令吉；营业额则跌6.18%至1亿8487万3000令吉。

该公司指出，旗下国防相关的维护、修理和改造（简称MRO）业务，是首九个月营业额的主要贡献。

营业额走低，主要是因为去年同期的MRO业务，以及石油和天然气Belum Topside项目获得订单批准，进而推高了营业额。【e南洋】

We refer to the announcement made on 19 March 2015 with regard to the receipt of a Letter of Award (“LOA”) by BNT - a wholly-owned subsidiary of BHIC, from BNS in relation to the administration and implementation of a contract awarded by Ministry of Defence Malaysia for the supply and delivery of spares, maintenance, Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) and training for the 17th Patrol Vessel Squadron of the Royal Malaysian Navy ("the sub-Contract). The sub-Contract was for a period of 3 years, effective from 19 March 2015 to 18 March 2018. The Company wishes to announce that BNT has today received and accepted an additional LOA dated 7 August 2018 from BNS for the purpose of extending the obligations in relation to the sub-Contract period for another one (1) year, effective from 19 March 2018 (“the Additional LOA”). There is no change to the consideration under the LOA and the Additional LOA. The unutilised value of the sub-Contract as of 17 August 2018 was RM24,030,425.09. Apart from the extension of the sub-Contract period, there are no significant differences between the substance of the sub-Contract and the Additional LOA, except the escalation of BNS’s entitlement for contract management and administrative fee from 2% to 5% on BNT’s claim for sales of spares and from 2% to 3% on sales of services. The sub-Contract will contribute positively to the earnings of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2018 and 31 December 2019. This sub-Contract constitutes a recurrent related party transaction, for which a shareholders' mandate was obtained at the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 11 April 2018. Description	BOUSTEAD HEAVY INDUSTRIES CORPORATION BHD ("BHIC" OR "THE COMPANY") - RECEIPT OF A LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE FOR THE PROVISION OF IN-SERVICE SUPPORT FOR PRIME MINISTER'S CLASS SUBMARINES FOR THE ROYAL MALAYSIAN NAVY BY BOUSTEAD DCNS NAVAL CORPORATION SDN. BHD.
The Company wishes to announce that on 28 March 2019, Boustead DCNS Naval Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (“BDNC”) has received a Letter dated 21 March 2019 from the Ministry of Defence Malaysia representing the Government of Malaysia, awarding BDNC a contract for the provision of In-Service Support for Prime Minister’s Class Submarines for the Royal Malaysian Navy (“the Contract”) at a contract value of Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred Fifty Million (RM150,000,000.00) for a contract period of thirteen (13) months from 1 December 2018. A formal contract between the Government of Malaysia and BDNC will be finalised and signed at a later date. BDNC is a joint venture between BHIC Defence Technologies Sdn Bhd (60 percent), a wholly-owned subsidiary of BHIC, and Naval Group (40 percent). The Contract will contribute positively to the earnings of BHIC Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2019. None of the directors or substantial shareholders of the Company, or persons connected with them, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract. This announcement is dated 28 March 2019.
