莫实德重工业季度净利劲挫6成

（吉隆坡10日讯）莫实德重工业有限公司（BHIC，8133，工业产品组）截至9月杪的2015财年第3季净利劲挫62.1%至394万令吉，上财年同季净赚1039万令吉，主要归咎于油气Belum Topside工程营业额走低，以及维护、维修与检修（MRO）活动减少。

莫实德重工业第3季营业额也按年下跌21%至6492万令吉，上财年同季营业额报8214万令吉。

综合2015财政年首9个月的业绩表现，莫实德重工业净利按年下滑3.6%至2152万令吉，上财年同期净赚2233万令吉；合共3季营业额报2亿347万令吉，上财年同期营业额共计2亿1281万令吉，跌幅4.4%。

莫实德重工业向大马交易所透露，盈利走低主要的原因为MRO活动减少及营运成本企高。

“莫实德重工业以外汇计价贷款，用以购买Chulan油槽。随着外汇汇率不唱好，致使该公司蒙受外汇亏损，其租船业务也因而受到重击。”

“此外，联号公司莫实德海军船坞私人有限公司的业绩表现也影响莫实德重工业的业绩，莫实德海军船坞为了维修海军探测船KD PERANTAU号而拨出资金，因而蒙亏。”

莫实德重工业执行副主席兼董事经理丹斯里阿末兰利表示：“展望未来，我们预计，受目前的MRO工程推动，重型工程将继续成为集团表现最强的业务。”

莫实得重工业联营公司 再获4.3亿潜水艇合约

（吉隆坡17日讯）莫实得重工业（BHIC，8133，主板工业产品股）宣布，通过联营公司莫实得DCNSNaval机构，再次获得政府颁发得标书（LOA）。

该公司昨天向马交所报备，该项得标书是一项总值4亿3240万3722令吉或1亿6985万9453欧元的双货币潜水艇整修合约。

根据文告，DCNSNaval机构将负责为我国海军2艘首相级潜水艇的整修工程，合约从本月1日起生效。

各潜水艇整修期限，分别为18个月，料为莫实得重工业从现财年起贡献净利。

莫实得重工业也是莫实得（BSTEAD，2771，主板贸服股）的子公司。

另外，莫实得重工业执行副主席兼董事经理丹斯里阿末南利在文告中指出，最新的潜水艇整修合约，进一步拓展公司业务范围。

莫实得重工业子公司 打造区域MRO枢纽

（吉隆坡26日讯）莫实得重工业（BHIC，8133，主板工业产品股）子公司莫实得重工业航空服务公司（简称BHICAS），已扩展了本身提供维护、维修及检修（简称MRO）服务的能力，致力成为区域的MRO枢纽。

《新海峡时报》日前引述BHICAS主席丹斯里阿兹赞阿里菲谈话称，公司目前的MRO服务达到了国际标准，而且，在为政府直升机提供相关服务方面，也拥有辉煌纪录。

“从4年前开始营运以来，公司就收到了客户给予的正面回馈；如今随着本身的科技和专才发展，我们已做好扩展客户群的准备。”

阿兹赞阿里菲续称，BHICAS目前是政府与有关单位直升机的主要MRO服务供应商。

服务达世界水平

另外，总执行长祖希甘阿比丁补充道，公司所提供的MRO服务，是根据飞机表现来提供维修等服务。

“我们的服务相当独特，也持续交出达到世界级水准的表现，因而获得了空中巴士（Airbus）的肯定。”

此外，公司也常常为员工提供培训，以确保员工都能胜任工作。

“我们在培训方面，拨出了很大笔资金，而公司未来会进一步在这方面付出。”

BHICAS是我国Airbus型直升机的主要MRO服务供应商，所提供的服务包括保养、维修、支援服务、机械服务和物流等。

莫實得重工應解釋售船虧損

上週，莫實得重工（BHIC，8133，主板工業產品組）宣佈以1千710萬美元脫售3艘油槽船，分別是在2009年建造的Chulan 1，和在2011年建造的Chulan 2和Chulan 3，並因此蒙受280萬美元或相當於1千200萬令吉虧損。

莫實得重工僅表示上述賣船活動符合公司專攻造船和修船業務的方向，並補充所得資金將被用於減少現有債務。

考慮到美元兌馬幣的漲幅，或許莫實得重工應該慶幸虧損額只有1千200萬令吉。

雖然我們能接受商業決定可能出錯，即使最好的公司也可能犯錯，但莫實得重工至少該向股東解釋究竟甚麼地方出了錯、為甚麼進軍油槽船業務、面對甚麼困難和為何決定放棄。畢竟，該公司進軍油槽船業務不過是4年前的事。

更讓人擔心的，是該公司退出失敗的投資，卻沒有給予股東們理由。

租船业务前景低迷 莫实得重工售船保障股东利益

（吉隆坡5日讯）莫实得重工业（BHIC，8133，主板工业产品股）澄清，由于目前的租船费市况和油价低迷，促使租船业务的前景魅力不在，因此为了公司和股东的利益而作出售船的决定。

该公司针对财经日报《The Edge》早前一篇标题为“莫实得重工业应解释售船亏损”的报道，发表文告作出澄清。

莫实得重工业指出，由于原定买家在船只未完成前，取消了买船的合约，因此经管理层经考量后，为了减少更多资本亏损，于是决定继续造船，除了有助缓和当时的情况，同时有望未来租出去捎来更多盈利。

这3艘Chulan石油和化学运输船，是在2011年完成建造，尽管在完工后几乎都有出租予主要的石油公司，不过净营运回酬却低微，不足以维持融资和维修成本，整体运输领域行也趋向疲弱。

该公司也曾在财报和季度业绩报备，同时注明租船业务带来的回酬令人不满意。

鉴于目前的租船费率市况，加上油价持续低迷不振，意味着承租方或会潜在削减成本，因此租船业务的前景似乎失去吸引力。

“为了公司和股东们的最佳利益，我们在去年中决定售船，并在去年12月作出宣布。”

售船净亏1200万

另外，这项售船交易造成公司净亏约1200万令吉，为售价和船只净账面价值的差距，是判断交易亏赚的唯一标准。

该公司解释说，若没有在去年脱售Chulan船只，则需要进行1200万令吉的减值。

再者，若公司决定不售船，估计3艘船的折旧费用、维修成本和利息费用，将超越1400万令吉的额外开销。【南洋网财经】

該公司向馬證交所報備，旗下BHIC Navaltech 私人有限公司獲國防部額外展延分包合約長達2年，從2015年9月10日起生效。這是繼在2012年9月10日獲得3年合約后，今日再獲續約，主要提供大馬皇家海軍第23護衛艦中隊零件供應、維修服務和培訓，不過合約價值調整為7101萬令吉。

莫实得重工业售3 船 亏损料减至204 万

（吉隆坡8日讯）莫实得重工业（BHIC，8133，主板工业产品股）估计脱售3艘石油和化学运输船，将录得204万1000令吉的净亏损，低于早前预估的1200万令吉。

该公司在去年12月宣布这项售船交易时，曾估计这项交易将造成公司净亏1200万令吉，因3艘船的净账面价值约8530万令吉。

莫实得重工业在发给股东们的特定通告中指出，这996万令吉的差额，主要是在售船交易考量到美元兑令吉的净效益，以及用船只净价值估算净亏损的差异。

曾估计净亏1200万

莫实得重工业以1710万美元（当时为约7370万令吉）脱售3艘石油和化学运输船予加影外环公路（SILKHLD，5078，主板基建股）子公司Jasa Merin（纳闽），同时将以美元进行交易。

寶實得重工業 裁員500人 可省500萬

（吉隆坡30日訊）寶實得重工業（BHIC，8133，主要板工業）坦承旗下雇員人數過多，計劃今年裁員400至500人，並看好每年可從中省下400萬至500萬令吉的人力開銷。

寶實得重工業執行副主席兼董事經理丹斯里阿末蘭里強調：“這是一項合理精簡人力（right-sizing）計劃，合理化人力不等同裁員，但我們目前面對的問題是人力過多。”

該公司主席丹斯里洛丁解釋：“我們需要整頓公司，將對的人放在對的位子上，沒有貢獻或對公司沒有生產力的員工將被裁退，我們早在2年前展開的整頓計劃中就開始籌謀，只是裁員碰巧在這時候發生。”

阿末蘭里及洛丁是在今日出席寶實得重工業2015年度股東大會后，在記者會上如是回答記者提問；列席者尚有寶實得重工業非獨立執行董事大衛、總財務長阿末努丁和國防與安全部董事安努瓦爾。

將獲合理賠償

阿末蘭里指，這些將被裁退的員工會獲合理的賠償，公司也會推出自愿离職計划（VSS）及互惠遣散計划（MSS）。

寶實得重工業向來和大馬皇家海軍擁有緊密關係，也常會接收及僱用退伍海軍。

截至2015年12月31日財年，該公司面對高達3070萬令吉虧損，淨利按年勁挫97%。

“為了應對這些挑戰，公司自2年前開始進行業務重整，未來會將重心專注在3大領域，即國防與安全部（海事）、能源（油氣）及商用船隻，也放眼透過持續改善公司成本效率，以成為本區域首屈一指的造船及船隻維修領域佼佼者。”

手持16億訂單
冀擴充造船維修業務

目前，寶實得重工業手持訂單約16億令吉，該公司也競標多項油氣領域制造及裝配工程，合約總值約12億令吉；旗下聯營公司寶實得海軍造船廠目前手持訂單總值有約56億令吉。

洛丁也看好，今年油價可企穩40至50美元之間，隨著油氣領域前景改善，相關領域活動有望增加，寶實得重工業相信隨著公司改善成本效率，可提高公司競爭優勢，在爭取有關領域的工程及裝配合約方面就更容易。

另外，寶實得重工業目前在紅土坎（Lumut）、檳城及浮羅交怡各有船塢，並有意在紅土坎附近尋找策略地點進一步擴充現有造船及維修業務。

洛丁表示：“為海軍造船、保養、維修及精密檢查（MRO）船艦、海軍艦船作戰系統及國防和海洋電子系統的維修將是公司優先專注的領域，放眼提高相關業務貢獻公司淨利從60%增至70%。”　

針對週三早上的股東大會，洛丁指：“股東都能夠體諒公司，對公司所取得的成績感到高興，大家了解我們所在領域在去年面對許多挑戰，除了油價跌、令吉波動、造船等相關業務滑落、全球經濟不景氣，加上馬石油（Petronas）也削減開銷及裁員，這直接影響我們的油氣業務。”

1MDB沒拖欠大馬英雄產業機構

同時也是武裝部隊基金局（LTAT）總執行長的丹斯里洛丁指，一馬發展公司（1MDB）並沒有拖欠大馬英雄產業機構（PPHM）款項。

大馬英雄產業機構負責為一馬發展公司提升吉隆坡空軍基地（PUKL），該工程將帶來21億令吉。

洛丁指：“吉隆坡空軍基地提升工程對大馬英雄產業機構而言是一項大計劃，而一馬發展公司在支付款項方面也非常準時，我們在支付分包商，主要是土著方面，也已支付到最新款項。”

大馬英雄產業機構是武裝部隊基金局子公司；洛丁也是一馬發展公司的主席。

公正黨總秘書拉菲茲日前指，部分退休軍人退休半年后，仍無法獲得由武裝部隊基金局支付的恩奉金，是因為一馬發展公司拖欠款項。

洛丁強調，大馬英雄產業機構對付款遭拖延並沒有任何問題，因為在業界這種情況常發生。

“作為承包商，就要有心里準備，有時會早收到款項，有時會遲些，但承包商不可以僅依賴一兩個項目來生存，必須確保獲得有利潤的項目，並有強勁現金流來支持這些項目，而武裝部隊基金局財政也很穩定。”【中国报财经】

（吉隆坡19日讯）莫实得重工业（BHIC，8133，主板工业产品股）获颁一项总值5490万令吉合约，以设计、供应、建造、调试和交付3艘45公吨的系柱拉力（Bollard Pull）ASD港口拖轮。

根据文告，上述合约是由KFS支援服务，颁给莫实得重工业子公司BHIC造船与工程。

不过，前提是，KFS支援服务需要与Konsortium Pelabuhan Kemaman私人有限公司签署协议，及从有声望的金融机构获得支持信函，确定该公司有贷款为项目融资。
莫实得重工业预计，这会贡献2016财年的净利。

另外，该公司也宣布，联营公司莫实得DCNS Naval机构与政府已经完成谈判，今天签署正式合约。

寶實得重工業 首季蒙虧1904萬

（吉隆坡15日訊）寶實得重工業（BHIC，8133，主要板工業）截至今年3月底首季，蒙受1904萬令吉淨虧損，去年同期淨利是842萬令吉。

寶實得重工業向馬證交所報備指出，首季蒙虧是因來自國防相關保養、維修及精密檢查（MRO）活動減少、沒有新的油氣項目、未有新的商業船訂單及來自聯營及旗下子公司貢獻減少所致。

若是按季計算，寶實得重工業營業額也較去年末季滑落9%，無論是來自國防或商業方面的MRO相關活動皆減少所累。

該公司指，今年首季來自聯營公司的貢獻減少很大部份也都受造船訂單出現變化所致。

另外，寶實得重工業也已于本月6日完成3艘化學品運輸船（Chemical Tanker）的脫售，分別是MT CHULAN 1、2及3，此舉和該公司合理化業務的計劃一致，未來將著重造船、MRO及油氣服務相關業務。

展望未來，有鑒于當前嚴峻挑戰環境及主要油商削減資本開銷，該公司因此預計接下來油氣領域將持續保持挑戰。【中国报财经】

莫实得重工次季净利飙176%

（吉隆坡9日讯）莫实得重工业（BHIC，8133，主板工业产品股）截至6月30日次季净利激增175.7%，至2526万4000令吉；营业额则跌4.4%，报6974万5000令吉。

累计上半年，净利按年挫64.6%，至622万2000令吉；营业额则减少1%，至1亿3273万7000令吉。

根据文告，旗下国防相关的维护、修理和改造（简称MRO）业务，是上半年营业额的主要贡献者。

惟联营公司的贡献则走低，归咎于外汇亏损和未收回的应收账款。

1. INTRODUCTION The Board of BHIC is pleased to announce that on 25 August 2016, the Company entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MoU") with the Government of Malaysia ("GoM"). The GoM was represented by the Ministry of Defence. BHIC and GoM are hereinafter collectively referred to as "Parties". 2. DETAILS OF THE MoU 2.1 Objectives The purpose of the MoU is to establish the basis of cooperation between the Parties on Human Capital Development Programme. 2.2 Salient terms The MoU is in line with the GoM's objective to strengthen the implementation of Human Capital Development Programme for trainees from the Royal Malaysian Navy (“RMN”) and BHIC. The trainees from the RMN and BHIC are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Trainees”. The salient terms of the MoU are as follows: a. Scope of collaboration: To cooperate in preparing training facilities or infrastructures for the implementation of practical training for the Trainees. To cooperate to optimise the training facilities or infrastructures for the implementation of practical training for the Trainees. To cooperate in providing the platform or placement including training aids and equipment for the purpose of conducting practical training of ship’s system and equipment for the Trainees. To cooperate in providing specialist services for the operation, upkeep, maintenance and repair services of training facilities or infrastructures including the training aids for the RMN. To cooperate in providing Specialised Training of ship’s systems and equipment for the Trainees. To cooperate in providing the General Specialised Training and suitable academic education for the Trainees towards the development of skilled workforce for the national maritime industry. The duration of the MoU is 3 years or until the completion of the Programme, whichever is earlier. c. The cost and expenses incurred in performing any activity pursuant to the MoU shall be negotiated to the mutual acceptance of both parties. The financial implication of each programme will be specified in detail and formalised through a Memorandum of Agreement (“MoA”). 3. FINANCIAL EFFECTS OF THE MoU The MoU is expected not to have any material effect on the earnings of the BHIC Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2016, but will contribute positively to its future earnings upon finalisation and execution of the MoA. 4. DIRECTORS' AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS' INTEREST None of the Directors or major shareholders of BHIC or any persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the MoU. 5.
