速远次季净利增54%
2017年7月14日
（吉隆坡13日讯）开销减少和子公司赚幅提高，激励速远机构（ZHULIAN，5131，主板消费产品股）截至5月杪的2018财年次季，净利按年增加53.5%，且宣布派发每股1.5仙股息。
速远机构昨天向交易所报备，净利从去年同期的794万2000令吉，增至1219万2000令吉，或每股净利2.65仙。
营业额也从去年同期的4721万8000令吉，年升2.8%，至4852万2000令吉。
速远机构在次季财报中指出，由于出口至缅甸的销售量增加，推动营业额增长。
累计上半年，净利报2675万令吉或每股5.82仙，年涨78.1%；营业额则微增1.6%，录得9690万1000令吉。
派息1.5仙
另外，速远机构也宣布派发每股1.5仙的第二中期股息，除权日为8月9日，派息日定在9月8日。
累计上半年，该公司共派出每股3仙股息，与上财年同期相等。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡11日讯）多层行销业务（MLM）公司——速远机构（ZHULIAN，5131，主板消费产品股）截至8月31日第三季，净利按年激增1.38倍，并宣布派发每股1.5仙第三次中期单层股息。
该集团第三季净赚1458万1000令吉，或每股3.17仙，上财年同期净利达611万4000令吉，或每股1.33仙；而营业额则从4401万令吉，按年增长13.1%至4977万6000令吉。
合计首九个月，净利按年上涨95.58%至4133万1000令吉，或每股8.99仙，主要是因为部分子公司营业额增加及开销减少，让赚幅获得改善。
同时，营业额按年升5.23%至1亿4668万令吉，主要归功于出口缅甸的营业额增加。
进军柬寮
然而，经济局势不稳定，速远机构业务持续面对挑战。该集团继续重振本地市场，同时，开拓其他尚未涉足的东盟市场。
速远机构也探讨改善多层行销业务业务的贡献，特别是来自泰国及缅甸市场，一旦实现进军柬埔寨及寮国市场的计划，将推动整个印度中国市场的增长动力。

大马股票交易所有四家多层次传销公司，除了年亏钱的长青（CNI 5104）不说，另三家传销公司，包括龙头安利（AMWAY 6351），海鸥（HAIO 7668）和速远机构（ZHULIAN 5131）。
海鸥过去几年表现标青，如今市值竟然超越老大哥安利，速远将重心转至泰国，二零一三年遇上泰国政变，它的股价也随盈利下跌而滑落，当年股价RM4.00以上，竟跌至RM1.00以下。
速远的际遇有点像泰国前首相达信，不过它可能比达信运气更好，达信还流亡海外，速远这两年已重新展现力量，盈利开始回升，今年取得好成绩，九个月净赚4133万令吉。
这股势头持续，速远全年预料可以净赚5510万令吉，一冼多年来的颓势。
速远的复苏，精明投资者在去年开始布署，去年十二月卅日时，速远的股价是RM1.21，今年四月时股价触及RM1.92五十二周新高，之後出现回退，今日收在RM1.80。
多层次传销可以说是一个神奇的行业，在经济不景气时，多层次传销公司往往能创造出惊人业绩。
速远这一次的＂回春＂，传销人的耐力可以完全体现出来。
速远在今年十月十一日宣布第三季业绩时，净利按年猛增138%，单季赚了1458万令吉。
累积九个月，速远的净利是4133万令吉，只比上一个财政年全年的4158万令吉微低。泰国业务贡献的净利按年增长19%，达到1391万令吉。
成也泰国 败也泰国
速远的兴旺，开始於泰国，速远的衰跌，也是在泰国开始。二零一三年泰国爆发政变，政治陷入动荡，速远在泰国的传销业务受到极大打击，净利直线下跌。
无论如何，经过四年的努力，泰国业务终於重现曙光，然而，泰国政治随时可能发生变化，速远如何防备？
速远其实从中得到教训，该公司自二零一三年开始进军缅甸，如今缅甸业务初见成绩，传销商人数从14，216人快速增长至40，396人。目前缅甸业务贡献的盈利虽很小，但是这个人口大国未来的前景非常可观。
泰国的生意占速远集团营业额的65.7%，马来西亚业务占22.71%，缅甸占9.04%，印尼占2.58%。
其实速远在泰国已有很稳的网络和基础 ，若泰国政治没有大变动，它在泰国业务稳健成长，再加上缅甸的快速进步，速远在未来二至三年是有机会重新焕发当年的光采。
速远在马来西亚起家，当年是靠卖假首饰发迹，如今它已发展为一家产品全面化的传销公司，产品包括假首饰，营养品，健康饮料，个人护理品和水机等。
估值远比海鸥低
以它今日RM1.80计算，速远的本益比为14倍左右，比对手海鸥的27.7倍低了一半。
速远是一家净现金公司，手上持有1亿3250万令吉，相等於每股28.8仙，过去两年它都派息每股6仙，是周息率很高的公司。
目前它已在泰国和缅甸札根，更计划进军柬埔寨和老挝，放眼成为东南亚的传销大集团。
上市公司有时同人不同命，海鸥享有的高估值，速远可能无法享有。然而，若纯以基本面来看，这家公司的前景的确还不错。
如果你在多层次传销尝试了很多次，还是赚不到钱，或许可以考虑把部份钱投资在多层次传销公司的股票。以海鸥为例，三年前买进的话，回酬有两倍以上。
速远处在回弹爬坡，是不是能创造出和海鸥一样的亮丽表现，这要靠你的眼光去评估了。

第四季盈利大跌44% 速远机构派息3仙

（吉隆坡24日讯）截至2017年11月30日止第四季，速远机构（Zhulian Corp Bhd）的净利按年狂泻44%至1148万令吉或每股2.5仙，上财年同期为2047万令吉或每股4.45仙。
尽管如此，集团宣布派发每股1.5仙第四次中期股息，以及每股1.5仙特别股息，两个股息皆在今年3月9日支付。
速远机构并没有向大马交易所解释2017财年末季净利大跌的原因，但其营运盈利也从2016财年末季的2089万令吉，按年猛挫41.73%至1217万令吉。
2017财年末季营业额则按年上涨13.68%至5901万令吉，上财年同期为5191万令吉。
这表明该集团可能面对营运赚幅下滑的窘境。
速远机构在2017财年净赚5281万令吉，比2016财年的4160万令吉，按年上扬26.96%。
营业额则从2016财年的1亿9130万令吉，按年增加7.52%至2亿569万令吉。
每股盈利从9.04仙，增至11.48仙。
以直销方式制造与销售珠宝的速远机构表示，消费者情绪疲弱及货币波动，将导致今年的商业环境充满挑战。
该集团也有出口产品至缅甸及泰国。
“我们谨慎乐观地认为，由于我们的基础设施完善，加上在泰国和印度中国市场的强势定位，我们将在面临挑战时保持弹性。我们将采取措施，确保量化目标得到有力支持，集中力量进行品牌建设和网络强化策略。”

（吉隆坡12日讯）速远机构（Zhulian Corp Bhd）创办人张明成掌舵逾12年后，辞去总裁兼总执行长职务。
该集团向大马交易所报备，纵横国内外珠宝界的张明成（59岁）今日呈辞，以处理他的个人事务。他于2006年4月份加入董事部。
1989年，张明成在槟城创办速远机构，当时他开始直销该品牌的镀金服饰珠宝产品，之后该集团在国内和区域以传销模式分销家居产品。
2014年，他获福布斯评选为大马50大富豪之一。
截至今日，张明成直接持有速远机构的10.4%股权，并通过Zhulian Holdings私人有限公司及The Best Source Holdings Pte Ltd持有52.35%股权。他的弟弟张明吉是集团董事经理，持股权为5.84%。
张明成还有另外两个弟弟，他们是Meng Lee及Meng Soon，两人都是速远机构集团执行董事，分别持有1.39%及1.37%股权。
