答：是的，速遠機構在7月中宣佈第2季業績表現尚可算不錯，因為第2季淨利上升34.26%至1千110萬3千令吉，而首半年淨利則下跌7.04%至2千365萬3千令吉，主要是美元兌馬幣匯率走強，使它可賺取更多馬幣，以及海外業務有起色等利好的支撐所致。

美元走強‧速遠第三季淨利大起63%

（吉隆坡15日訊）歸功於美元走強，速遠機構（ZHULIAN，5131，主板消費品組）截至2015年8月31日止第三季淨利大起62.56%至1千686萬1千令吉，拉高首9個月淨利13.11%至4千零51萬4千令吉。
派息1.5仙
第三季營業額受國內市場需求減弱影響，年減11.38%至5千零66萬5千令吉，拖累9個月營業額下滑14.72%至1億6千115萬3千令吉。
該公司董事部建議派發每股1.5仙中期股息，除權和享有日將分別落在10月29日和11月2日。
速遠集團在初步報告中指出，預期未來市場仍充滿挑戰，集團將評估多元措施和機遇，以強化新產品研發、推介促銷活動和強化客戶服務品質等環節，進而確保業務模式仍能吸引新代理，並保留現有代理。
“此外，集團也將探討通過推介新產品和新業務環節，來叩開新市場機會。”

消費情緒待復甦‧速遠機構財測不變

（吉隆坡16日訊）速遠機構（ZHULIAN，5131，主板消費品組）的9個月業績符合預期，分析員考量消費情緒還需時復甦，對其業務展望謹慎，維持財測不變。
消費情緒疲弱導致本地市場需求放緩，令該公司9個月營業額下滑14.7%至1億6千120萬令吉，稅前盈利則因美元走強而上升17.5%至5千280萬令吉。
不過，因較高稅率影響，從去年同期的20.3%增至23.3%，導致淨利成長率收緩至13.1%，至4千零50萬令吉。
該公司9個月淨利符合預期，佔肯納格研究全年預測的77.1%，同時宣佈每股派息1.5仙，促使截至目前為止每股派息4.5仙，符合該行預期。
肯納格研究指出，該公司放眼吸引更多分銷商，尤其是採取小宗商品策略的低成本年輕創投者。
同時，速遠機構也希望強化研發效率，以推出新產品、介紹更多營銷活動及改善客服吸引新及現有分銷商。
“鑑於國內消費情緒在今年第二季跌至6年低點，營運環境艱難，對該公司業務展望謹慎，不預期消費稅開跑後，消費情緒將迅速恢復，尤其是零售及多層次行銷（MLM），泰國市場也因子公司貢獻低而走疲。”

（吉隆坡22日訊）本地市場需求下滑影響銷售，速遠機構（ZHULIAN，5131，主板消費品組）截至2015年11月30日止第四季淨利從前期的1千551萬6千令吉減少31.89%至1千零56萬8千令吉。
不過，全年淨利在美元升值帶動下，按年上漲54.77%至7千575萬2千令吉。
末季營業額走揚18.36%至6千475萬7千令吉，但仍止不住全年營業額減少7.29%至2億2千591萬令吉。
該公司董事部建議派發每股1.5仙終期股息，除權和享有日分別落在2月15和17日。
速遠機構發文告表示，預見未來市況依舊挑戰重重，因此集團將審慎評估多元措施和機會，並通過提昇新產品研發力度、推介更有多的促銷活動和強化客戶服務品質等動作，以確保業務仍能吸引新分銷商，同時留住現有分銷商。

Zhulian機構首季淨利挫44%

（吉隆坡13日訊）Zhulian機構（ZHULIAN，5131，主要板消費）截至2月底2016財年首季淨利按年下滑44%至708萬令吉，仍宣布每股派息1.5仙。
Zhulian機構向馬證交所報備，將在6月3日派發每股1.5仙中期股息，除權日鎖定在5月9日。
該公司首季淨利跌44%至708萬令吉；營業額縮減13%至4816萬令吉，主要因國內和印尼市場需求下降，抵消泰國和緬甸市場較好的營業額表現。
我國實施消費稅影響需求，加上宏觀經濟局勢，對消費意願造成負面影響，該公司相信，今年市況將續面對挑戰。

速远机构次季净利跌28% 派息1.5仙

（吉隆坡13日讯）由于营业额及联号公司的盈利贡献下跌，速远机构（Zhulian Corp Bhd）第二季净利跌28.4%。
截至5月31日止的2016财政年次季，净利为790万令吉，或每股1.73仙，上财年同期为1110万令吉，或每股2.41仙。
这家多层行销公司指出，净利下跌也因为350万令吉的离职雇员福利开销。
次季营业额从同期的5527万令吉，跌14.56%至4720万令吉，主要因为本地和印尼市场需求双双下降。这被美元走强所抵销。
2016财年首半年，净利跌36.5%至1500万令吉，或每股3.27仙，同期为2370万令吉，或每股5.14仙；营业额由1亿1050万令吉，跌13.6%至9540万令吉。
该集团宣布，派发每股1.5仙的第二个中期单层股息，将于9月9日支付。除权日是8月10日。
展望未来，速远机构表示，2016年的市况料继续充满挑战，因国内私人消费随消费税（GST）落实及当前宏观经济而下降，打压消费者信心。
该集团还预计，2016年销售主要由出口带动。
2015年成功打入缅甸市场后，该集团决定进军其他印度支那市场，如柬埔寨、寮国和越南。

（吉隆坡12日讯）由于本地与海外市场需求减少，导致速远机构（ZHULIAN，5131，主板消费产品股）首9个月的营业额下跌13.5%，至1亿3939万2000令吉。
这家直销公司首9个月的净利，也按年猛挫47.84%，至2113万3000令吉。
截至8月杪第三季，公司净利按年大跌63.74%，至611万4000令吉，或每股净利1.33仙，远低于上财年同期的1686万1000令吉。
同季营业额则按年跌13.14%，报4401万令吉，上财年同期为5066万5000令吉。
尽管如此，公司仍宣布派发每股1.5仙的中期派息，除权日及享有权益日，分别落在下个月1日和3日。
董事部认为，基于本地市场需求和市场情绪疲软，2016年的市况料充满挑战，预计销售主要将由出口业务推动。

Zhulian機構斥百萬購子公司
2016年10月20日
（吉隆坡20日訊）Zhulian機構（ZHULIAN，5131，主要板消費）子公司Zhulian管理私人有限公司，以150萬另吉收購ZBP國際私人有限公司股權。
該公司向馬證交所報備，將以每股1令吉收購ZBP國際150萬股票。完成收購后，ZBP國際將成為Zhulian機構子公司。
目前ZBP國際是一家冬眠公司，未來有意進行直銷服裝首飾和消費產品業務。
同時，上述收購活動通過內部融資，不會影響Zhulian機構截至11月底2016財年的盈利、淨資產或負債率表現。【中国报财经】

外汇收益带动 速远机构末季净利劲扬63%

（吉隆坡25日讯）外汇收益带动，速远机构（Zhulian Corp Bhd）第四季净利净扬63%。
该集团今日公布，截至去年11月杪的2016财政年末季，净利达2047万令吉，或每股4.45仙，上财年同期为1253万令吉，或每股2.72仙。
末季营业额则从6476万令吉，跌20%至5191万令吉。
该集团在末季取得2074万令吉的外汇收益，高于同期的121万令吉。
2016财年净利则跌22%至4160万令吉，同期是5305万令吉；营业额由2亿2591万令吉，跌15%至1亿9130万令吉。
速远机构向大马交易所报备时，将营业额下跌归因于本地和海外需求双双下跌，同时一笔350万令吉的离职雇员福利开销冲击盈利。
“2017年的市况料继续充满挑战，因国内私人消费随消费税（GST）落实及当前宏观经济而下降，打压消费者信心。”
该集团还预计，2017年销售主要由出口带动。
该集团表示，将继续致力于开发新产品、推出更多促销活动，以及提高消费者服务质量。
速远机构补充，藉泰国和缅甸的强大地位，打算扩大印度中国市场。
“除了不可预见的情况，董事部对集团能够在2017年维持表现保持谨慎乐观的态度。”

（吉隆坡12日讯）速远机构（Zhulian Corp Bhd）2017财政年首季（截至2017年2月28日止）净利翻逾一倍至1456万令吉，上财年同期仅净赚708万令吉，归因于营运活动改善。
值得注意的是，该集团上财年首季拨出350万令吉的离职雇员遣散费用，而2017财年首季并无这笔支出。
速远机构首季营业额微幅上扬0.4%至4838万令吉，2016财年首季报4816万令吉。
该集团宣布在2017财年（截至2017年11月30日止）派发每股1.5仙的首次单层中期股息，合共690万令吉，派息日定于6月2日。
展望未来，速远机构表示，将继续提振国内市场，同时在极具挑战的商业环境下，也探索其他东盟国家仍未开发的市场。
该集团指出，也有计划物色进军其他业务的新商机。
此外，速远机构将致力于提高多层次传销（MLM）业务的贡献，尤其是泰国和缅甸市场。
该集团表示，一旦落实进军柬埔寨和寮国市场的计划，这将推动整个印度中国市场的增长势头。
“本集团将继续在业务营运中采取合理化措施。此外，我们也将继续努力进一步控制成本，提高营运效率和产品生产力，以期在2017年录得更好的业绩表现。”
如无任何意外的话，该集团董事部对未来前景抱持谨慎乐观的态度。
