（吉隆坡18日訊）速遠機構（ZHULIAN,5131,主板消費品組）在聯號公司貢獻更多盈利的輔助下，次季取得符合市場預期的業績，分析員認為該公司派息率和資產負債表出色，將可繼績支撐其股價表現。

今日收市，速遠漲13仙，報3令吉23仙。

黃氏唯高達研究指出，速遠次季淨利成長30%至3千790萬令吉，帶動上半年淨利至6千770萬令吉，這是在市場預期之內。

該公司的利息和稅務前賺幅放緩至18.1%，低於去年同期的20%，這也是自2010年第二季（17.8%）以來的最低水平，導致其利息及稅務前盈利被拉低至1千920萬令吉。不過，聯號公司的貢獻增長93.3%至2千320萬令吉，以及有效稅率降低至10.5%（去年同期為14.6%），抵銷此不利因素，推高淨賺幅至36%（去年同期為26%）。

速遠建議派發每股3仙淨中期股息，今年至今共派發6仙淨股息，符合市場預期，假設該發公司派發60%盈利，全年淨股息料達16.7仙淨，過去3年該公司的平均股息派發率為60%。

1億現金在手

黃氏唯高達表示，速遠的淨現金狀況保持穩健，截至第二季共有1億零64萬令吉淨現金在手，相等於每股23仙，這低於上一季的每股31仙，主要由於動用現金派發股息給股東。

“該集團的現金狀況和低負債（次季共410萬令吉）應可令它保持出色的股息派發。”

由於盈利和股息亮眼，速遠股價至今已上漲30%，黃氏唯高達認為正面因素已反映在股價上，因此保持“守住”評級，目標價2令吉70仙，並指出鑒於具良好周息率和強勁資產負債表，該股的下跌空間料有限。（ 星洲日報／財經）

长期前景乐观　速远逆市走高

（吉隆坡23日讯）隨著国內的销售表现復甦，以及区域市场前景备受看好，分析员对速远集团（ZHULIAN，5131，主板消费股）长期前景抱持乐观態度，从而带动该股在今天走高，以全天最高水平3.86令吉掛收，起21仙或5.75%，崛起为全场第4大上升股。       

速远集团在周一以3.64令吉低开，並迅速走跌至3.60令吉全天最低水平；不过，该股很快就止跌回扬，並且在逆市中越战越勇，最后以全天最高水平收市。

肯纳格投行分析员在近期造访了速远集团之后，对该公司的长期前景感到乐观，主要是因为该公司管理层对泰国市场的成长前景充满信心，以及该公司也计划將业务扩展至缅甸。

该分析员称，速远集团计划在2013年杪或2014年初，通过委任总代理，以进军缅甸市场。目前，该公司有15万名缅甸分销商活跃于泰国边界，而且其泰国联號公司每月与这些分销商会面，向他们推介新產品。

他补充说，速远集团管理层看好缅甸市场的前景，鑑于它是一个拥有庞大成长潜能的新兴经济体。

与此同时，速远集团在国內的销售表现出现復甦的跡象。

该分析员称，隨著价格在年初上扬，以及本地市场的前景趋向谨慎，速远集团今年上半年的本地销售量呈跌；不过，在该公司管理层积极在全马进行巡演，以及给予其领导人及经销商激励演讲及派送现金优惠券予忠实客户，带动8月份的分销商人数按年上升42%，这是本低销售復甦的跡象。

针对未来5年的大计，分析员称，速远集团將会提高其製造產能，目標是提高速远集团產品產能至100%（目前为80%）。

该公司已经做好准备，以达到目標，即：第一、在第3区工厂加盖一层楼，以提高製造產能；第二、建设另一座厂房，以专注于化学为主的產品。

「无论如何，我们未將以上的扩充计划计算在预测之內，所以我们维持每年1500万令吉的资本开销预测。」

鉴于以上因素，分析员对于该公司前景维持正面，並维持该股「跑贏大市」投资评级，以及4.05令吉的目標价格。[东方日报财经]

Zhulian機構（ZHULIAN，5131，主要板消費）在國內市場的營業額和核心分銷部隊逐漸提升，其中因素包括消費者開銷趨向多層次傳銷（MLM）、下半年開始進行的巡演發揮效益，以及舉辦活動吸引更多Y世代，華裔和印裔加入其中。

Zhulian機構在區域內具有強勁的曝光率，旗下有88%分銷部隊源自海外。

同時，我們相信該公司在明年初擴展至緬甸市場的計劃，將是該股另一項重估催化劑。

若新市場開拓成功，預計出口營業額每年至少提升100萬至200萬令吉，且Zhulian機構達11%到15%盈利成長率，超越同行約8%。

儘管Zhulian機構股價在近期攀升，我們相信該股仍有進一步上升潛能，這是基于該股目前達11.7倍本益比，低于領域2014財政年預測平均的14.3倍。

目前市值達20億令吉的安利（AMWAY，6351，主要板貿易）依舊是市場領導者，但Zhulian機構達17億5000萬令吉的市值，逐步拉近兩者之間的差距。

同時，Zhulian機構具有最高的每股盈利成長可見度，區域擴展計劃亦受看好。

3因素照亮前景　速远股价应声涨

（吉隆坡17日讯）由于速远集团（ZHULIAN，5131，主板消费股）2013財政年第三季（截至8月31日止）业绩比预期出色，分析员调高该公司的目標价格，並基于三大利好因素，继续看好其前景。

速远集团股价在今天应声上涨，以4.06令吉开市，比周三的闭市价4.01令吉，高出5仙或1.25%，这也是该股全天最低价位。之后，该股节节攀高，並触及4.20令吉全天最高水平，起19仙或4.74%。不过，该股隨后收窄涨幅，早盘休市报4.11令吉，涨10仙或2.49%。

午盘交易，该股大部份在4.11至4.15令吉之间游走，最后涨14仙或3.49%，以4.15令吉结束全天交易，是全场第12大上升股。

同时，速远集团在今天的交投也比往日炽热，全天共有56万6000股易手，相比周三的18万2700股。

针对最新业绩表现，肯纳格投行分析员指出，速远集团2013財政年首9个月净利1亿零730万令吉，超越预测，分別占该分析员与市场全年预测的82.6%和80.5%。

与去年同期一样，速远集团在第三季宣佈中期股息派发。该公司第三季派发每股3仙股息，这將其首9个月的股息派发推高至每股9仙。

分析员称，按保守派息率60%计算，预料该公司將在末季宣布每股8.9仙终期股息。

按季比较，速远集团2013財政年第三季净利成长4.4%，这是由成长17%的营业额支撑。

销售带动成长

分析员指出，速远集团取得成长主要是由国內外的销售表现带动，其中国內的销售是由开斋节节庆提振，而海外销售走强是因为出口至泰国的营业额增加，以及美元兑令吉升值。

「美元兑令吉匯率在第三季，按季升值5.2%至3.22令吉兑1美元，相比去年同期的3.06令吉兑1美元。」至于2013財政年首9个月，速远集团净利按年成长25.1%，儘管营业额按年仅取得1.8%的低单位数成长。

分析员表示，较低的营业额成长，主要是因为泰国市场去年同期较高的比较基础所致，而且美元兑令吉匯率与去年同期比较也持平，即今年首9个月的平均价格3.12令吉兑1美元，相比去年同期的3.11令吉兑1美元。

整体而言，分析员基于三个因素，继续对速远集团前景持正面看法，並认为该公司可以达到肯纳格投行所设定的2013和2014財政年盈利预测。

分析员称，这三大因素，分別是：第一、较高成本引发的通胀压力，或將鼓励更多的中低收入者参与多层次直销活动，以寻求更多的收入，或增加额外的收入；第二、国內销售在今年下半年復甦；第三、与同行相比，速远集团在区域市场的曝露比较广，包括在今年杪或明年初扩展缅甸市场的计划，这將是一个潜在重估因素。

隨著泰国联號公司较高的净利赚幅与较低的营运成本，肯纳格投行將速远集团2013和2014財政年净利预测，分別调高5.6%和5.5%，至1亿3700万令吉和1亿5740万令吉。

同时，按2014財政年每股盈利预测32.4仙和13.4倍本益比，分析员將速远集团的目標价格从4.30令吉，上修至4.60令吉，並维持该股「跑贏大市」投资评级。[东方日报财经]

（吉隆坡22日讯）由于营运环境充满挑战，本地市场需求下滑，速远机构（ZHULIAN，5131，主板消费产品股）截至去年11月底第四季，净利大幅下滑56.2%，至1373万5000令吉，上财年为3132万7000令吉。

同时，该公司营业额跌33.5%至7797万3000令吉，上财年为1亿1718万1000令吉。

尽管如此，该公司还是建议派发每股7仙股息。

截至去年11月底全年内，该公司营业额也下滑7.4%至4亿1705万6000令吉；但股票投资获利带动净利，按年微扬3.3%至1亿2101万令吉。[南洋网财经]

14. Material Change in Profit Before Taxation reported on as compared with the immediate preceding
quarter
The revenue for the current quarter under review of RM77.973 million was lower than the immediate preceding quarter’s revenue of RM124.130 million. This was mainly due to decrease in overseas market demand during the fourth quarter.

The current quarter’s profit before tax of RM18.817 million was lower as compared to the immediate preceding quarter’s profit before tax of RM48.787 million. This was in line with the decrease in revenue and share of profit of equity accounted investee.

15. Current year prospects
The economic outlook is expected to be more challenging in the current year for escalating price of fuel and food and also hike in electricity tariff may affect the consumer sentiment on spending in domestic market while the rising political uncertainties in Thailand may also cause an impact to our export demand. In anticipating such situation, the Group will continue its promotional efforts to boost the productivity of distributors and at the same time remaining active in innovating its product portfolio and develop new product, so that its customer base can be expanded through promotional campaigns and introduction of new products.

While enhancing the existing’s market position, the Group will also continue its drive to create new business opportunities to expand existing distributor network. Towards this purpose, the Group is actively evaluating various initiatives and opportunities to develop new markets.

Barring unforeseen circumstances, the Board of Directors remains optimistic of the Group’s performance for financial year ending 30 November 2014.
