这个向来以高股息价格稳定的 UCHITEC ，
这几个星期到底发生什么事？
三个月来从大约 RM3.00 就跌到今天的 RM2.10 ，
RSI 更是 20 以下，
似乎有人在不断的倒货，
到底是不是有什么内幕消息？

是因为美国不妥，导致投资者认为电子业衰退在即，所以先丢为上策。

那么我回很感谢市场先生，
因为这次市场先生的＂情绪低落＂很有可能让我小赚一笔。

大家如果对此股有研究的，是否认为现在是可以购入累积的好时机？

從公佈的日期來看，Lembaga Tabung Haji在07年8月份和9月份只丟了310,000股。

但在07年12月間，Lembaga Tabung Haji從月頭到月底卻又另外吸收了906,300股。

反而是新加坡方面，07年一整年丟了3,204,900票，卻沒有買入任何一票。

新加坡在06年10月也另外丟了1,113,300票。

所以，新加坡在短短15個月裡頭總共丟了4,318,200票。

那新加坡最後一次買票是什麼時候呢？大概是06年7月和8月間，那時候的買價是多少呢？ RM3.20-RM3.30之間。

那新加坡在UCHITEC價位多少的時候開始出貨呢？ RM3.20-RM3.40之間。

計算方式很簡單，不一定100%對，但85%正確跑不了。

新加坡方面投資了RM13,818,240。15個月之後只賺到了RM863,640或6.25%。

也就說明了一點，在扣除了馬新匯率的差價和brokerage fees、stamp duty還有clearing fees之後呢，新加坡幾乎是沒有賺到什麼。

它甚至連去年12月27日的免息中期股息6仙和免息特別股息4仙也沒領到。

以長達15個月的投資時間來說，只賺到6.25%，這是相當失敗的一個投資。

(也就是1年只賺5%，我們的EPF派息率也差不多這樣子了。)

那為什麼還沒達到目標價格就急著出貨呢，原因也相當簡單，因為不看好UCHI未來的12個月的前景。

或者說，KLCI還有更多值得投資的股票，新加坡沒必要死守UCHI。

而從交易量來說，從06年7月的每天不到50萬股，到後來的幾乎每一天都徘徊在50萬~100萬股之間，交易量上升但價格往下掉，從技術分析來說本來就不是一件好事。

更別說身為世界咖啡機龍頭老大，在全世界消費者願意花費的牛牛07年裡頭，(首9個月)的淨利竟然下跌2.80%，銀行家自然不看好這一家公司，不是嗎？

馬來西亞的GDP如果下滑2.80%，大概不會對世界造成什麼影響。但如果GDP下滑2.80%的是美國(龍頭老大)的話，我們明年就要開始吃草了。

我想...大概就是這一個道理吧。~~~~~~~~

P/S：喂，長期投資來說，UCHI還是很有吸引力的。畢竟，它在過去十年裡頭，都交出了不錯的派息率。 (以RM2.20的股價來說，派息率幾乎就是12%了。)

刚公布的业绩比2006年度略微差，价格跌落到RM2。有什么原因？
货币兑换率的波动或有其他原因造成股价下跌？
帮帮忙，有谁可以解释说明。

不了解怎么uchitec股价又下跌了？有谁可以帮忙解释实际上是发生了什么原因。

我今天出外坡，错过了。

现在我看今天下午的交易记录。

我猜是有人左手出右手进，大量入货。

也有可能是朝圣基金内部的职员或内线所为。目前朝圣基金对它的收购价是RM2.05，有人在其中赚这个差距。

公司要派$0.10的利息，股价应该会上才对啊！但是却不上反而下，
请问有谁认为此股还可以继续累积，我手头上有$3.10的。

我觉得这股被操纵，虽然最高卖价还有很多lots正排着，可是有时候会看到成交价却低过Best Selling Price。

UCHITECH 的microprocessor based application and system integration和
control modules for industrial and consumer electronic products从1-1-2003享有5年免税，也是说2008年到期了，这些产品的盈利要扣税。
其实我想买进，但是盈利将会减少，长远来看会如何？
大家有什么意见？


Quarterly Report

The Group’s income tax for the quarter under review reflects an effective tax rate which is lower than the statutory income tax rate due mainly to:

(a) The pioneer status granted by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry to one of its subsidiary companies for the design, development and manufacture of microprocessor based application and system integration.

Under this incentive, 100% of the statutory income derived from the design, development and manufacture of the abovem entioned products will be exempted from income tax for a period of five years commencing from the production day, which has been fixed on January 1, 2003 by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry.
