这股至从上市以来的成交量都很高，股价最近没有什么变化，但成交量还是保持在50,000Lot以上。很奇怪！

我 也 是 注 意 他 很 久 了 ﹐ 量 大 但 是 價 位 也 維 持 在 那 幾 個 價 位 ﹐ 可 能 是 在 做 票 呱 ﹐ 要 大 起 時 ﹐ 就 是 突 然 價 錢 跌 ﹐ 然 後 就 大 起 !!!!!!!!!!!

是吗？那么不是要密切留意咯。。。

以 往記 錄 推 測 而 已 ﹐ 之 前價 位 是1.00, 沒 留 意 下 就 變 到 現 在 的 1.54

Unusual Market Activity (“UMA”) query by Bursa Securities


Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has on 26 February 2008 issued an UMA query on the trading of the Company’s securities.

In this respect, investors are advised to take note of the Company’s reply to the above UMA query which will be posted at Bursa Malaysia’s website under the company announcements, http://announcements.bursamalaysia.com when making their investment decision.

The contents of the UMA query is as follows:-


UNUSUAL MARKET ACTIVITY

We draw your attention to the sharp decrease in price in your Company’s securities today.

In accordance with the Corporate Disclosure Policy in Response To Unusual Market Activity pursuant to Rule 9.11 of the Listing Requirements of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for MESDAQ Market (“Bursa Securities MMLR”), you are requested to furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) with an announcement for public release after making a due enquiry seeking the cause of the unusual market activity in the Company’s securities.

In this respect, you are also required to publicly confirm, amongst others, the following:-

1. whether there is any corporate development relating to your Group’s business and affairs that has not been previously announced that may account for the unusual market activity including those in the stage of negotiation / discussion. If yes, kindly provide the details including status of the corporate development to enable investors to make informed investment decision;

2. whether there is any rumour or report concerning the business and affairs of the Group that may account for the unusual market activity and in this respect, you are required to comply with Rules 9.09 and 9.10 of the Bursa Securities MMLR;

3. whether you are aware of any other possible explanation to account for the unusual market activity; and

4. your compliance with the Bursa Securities MMLR, in particular Rule 9.03 of the Bursa Securities MMLR on immediate disclosure obligations.

Please note that the contents of the announcement must be endorsed by the Board of Directors of the Company and the announcement must reach Bursa Securities by today via Bursa LINK.

股價狂跌 創新低

（吉隆坡26日訊）2隻自報股H-Display（HDISPLY，0139）及YGL（YGL，0086），今日股價狂跌創新低，遭馬證交所發出異常活動質詢。

H-Display全日大跌53仙或34%，至1.04令吉。該股今年以來最高價位為1.58令吉。

跌幅達39仙或68%的YGL，閉市報18仙；今年最高是曾觸及1.21令吉。

兩家公司必須在今日內回覆馬證交所的質詢。
