最新进展:

TUNE保障(TUNEPRO,5230,主板金融股)拟定了两大策略,以减少对亚洲航空(AIRASIA,5099,主板贸服股)的依赖。

首先,与其他廉价航空和线上旅游保险平台合作,最新结成的合作伙伴有柬埔寨吴哥航空公司及Tourders。

另外,增加产品种类;目前TUNE保障在线上平台售卖的保险主要有6种(分别是汽车、旅游、牙科和攫夺保障等)以及Ride Easy(汽车乘客保障)。

行家建议:

槟城近期发生有史以来最严重的水灾,为TUNE保障的赔偿成本带来更多上行风险。

考量到赔偿率加上管理开销可能走高,我们下修该股财测;今明财年净利预测分别下调9.2%和8.1%,2019则下修7.5%。

虽然稍砍财测,但因去年基数低,本财年净利预计仍可录得26.9%的高增长。

纵使去年末季净利可能不济,但我们认为这不会严重影响股价,因市场关注的是TUNE保障的复苏轨迹。

该股目前4.1%的周息率还是非常具吸引力。

TUNE祭双策 有信心保费双位数成长

(吉隆坡1日讯)儘管首季总保费(GWP)仅按年成长5.2%,但TUNE保险(TUNEPRO,5230,主板金融股)依然有信心在2018財政年能够取得双位数的总保费成长。

该公司曾在去年5月透露,希望在2018財政年取得10至15%的总保费成长。

TUNE保险首席执行员拉兹曼在今日的股东大会后,向记者表示,该公司將通过2大策略来实现旅游保险的保费收入成长,包括动態定价(dynamic pricing)和捆绑式销售(product bundling),並期待其伊斯兰再保业务能够有良好的表现。

动態定价,即通过测试和计算,將合適的保险配套推送给潜在客户。该公司打算聘请第3方供应商,以优化该策略。有关合作將在今年下半年开始。


该公司今年5月开始与科威特廉价航空公司Wataniya Airways合作,预计產品將可在今年次季推出。目前,该公司已与5家航空公司达成合作关係,包括佔其旅游保险总保费87%的亚洲航空(AIRASIA,5099,主板贸服股)。

虽然旅游保险贡献该公司总保费的约20%,但却佔净利的60%。拉兹曼表示,旅游保险的赚幅较高,因为索赔率非常低。汽车保险占总保费的30%至40%,剩下的来自非汽车保险的普通保险,例如火险、海运保险等。

在普通保险方面,该公司打算寻求与有眾多客户的机构合作,以期待一次过获得大量的客户基础。该公司今年起与外劳医药检验及监控有限公司(FOMEMA)开始合作。FOMEMA目前为约100万名外籍劳工提供服务。

TUNE保险日前公布的2018財政年首季(截至3月31日止)净利按年大增39%,至1657万令吉;营业额则按年增加9.9%,至1亿4296万令吉。电子旅游保险首季的总保费收入达2910万令吉,而普通保险总保费收入则按年提高4.2%,至1亿5510万令吉。

2500万加强数码化

展望未来,拉兹曼表示,该公司打算在2018年至2020年期间斥资2500万令吉来强化其数码能力,包括收购一家位于英国的P2P保险科技公司。

他不愿透露更多详情,仅表示,该交易最快于本月完成。他称,收购价不高,该公司打算使用內部资金来支付有关收购。

TUNE保险企业发展和策略负责人屈秋玲透露,该保险科技公司是以拥有共同兴趣的网络社群的方式运营。

「希望获得保障的用户需缴交一次性的会员费以加入社团,当任何会员需要索赔时,由其他会员负担其赔偿费,该公司则只收取服务费。」

她续称,「我们希望將这个新颖的保险方式引进大马,相信將会为保险行业带来改变。通过这种方式,用户无需定期缴交保费,而是基于需要来付费。需要支付的费用有一定的顶限,通常费用低于一般保险费。」

另一方面,拉兹曼也表示,虽然该公司之前在印尼的交易告吹了,但印尼是一个大市场,该公司仍然积极在印尼寻求收购机会。【东方网财经】

TUNE PROTECT GROUP BERHAD ANNOUNCES VOLUNTARY SEPARATION SCHEME OF ITS SUBSIDIARY COMPANY
Tune Protect Group Berhad wishes to announce that its subsidiary, Tune Insurance Malaysia Berhad (“TIMB”), has completed a Voluntary Separation Scheme (“VSS”) exercise. The scheme was implemented and made available to the eligible permanent employees within TIMB. The VSS was voluntary in nature where it provided options for eligible employees to decide to leave or continue working for TIMB. The VSS was implemented as part of TIMB’s business transformation and restructuring plans for the immediate term in line with the Group’s digitalisation journey. Through the VSS, TIMB intends to maximise its manpower utilisation and increase its operational efficiency and productivity.

Various efforts had been undertaken to address employee concerns including multiple briefing sessions that were conducted nationwide and a dedicated helpdesk. Arrangements have also been made to assist employees with career transitioning and alternative support. In implementing the VSS, measures have been taken to ensure that there will be no disruptions to TIMB’s operations, whilst the relevant laws, regulations and industry’s best practices have also been taken into consideration.

A total of 58 applications were approved, representing 15% of TIMB’s permanent workforce. Employees whose applications were accepted will be released from December 2018 to February 2019 in order to ensure a smooth transition process. The payout for the VSS is assessed to be approximately RM4 million.
