俄供應硫磺回收裝置 科恩馬獲3億合約

（吉隆坡19日訊）科恩馬（KNM，7164，主要板工業）獲頒總值逾1億美元（約3億860萬令吉）合約，在俄羅斯韃靼斯坦（Tatarstan）供應硫磺回收裝置（SRU）。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，獨資子公司科恩馬程序系統（KNM Process Systems）本月18日獲俄羅斯上市公司TAIF發出的合約頒發書，向當地的項目提供上述裝置，為期28個月。

文告指出，計劃期限將從合約執行開始計算，預計將貢獻至截至今年、2014年及2015年底財年收入，將面對風險包括當地能源、油氣及綠色能源條例等。

TAIF是1995年8月在俄羅斯證券交易所上市，主要業務為生及投資，旗下共有67家 子公司及關聯公司，業務遍佈油氣加工、石油化工、電訊等。[中国报财经]

Introduction KNM Group Berhad (“KNM”) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, KNM Process Systems Sdn Bhd (“KNMPS”), had on 18 February 2013 secured a Letter of Award (“LOA”) from Public Stock Company TAIF-NK (“TAIF-NK”) for the supply of Sulphur Recovery Unit (“SRU”) for the Heavy Residue Conversion Complex (“HRCC Project”) located at Nizhnekamsk, Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation amounting to USD100,030,504 (equivalent to approximately RM308.6 million based on the exchange rate of USD1.00 : RM3.085). The SRU is estimated to be completed within 28 months from date of the execution of contract. 2. Information on KNMPS and TAIF-NK KNMPS was incorporated as a private limited company under the laws of Malaysia on 28 June 1990. Its registered address is at 15 Jalan Dagang SB 4/1, Taman Sungai Besi Indah, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor Darul Ehsan. KNMPS is principally involved in the design, engineering, procurement and manufacturing of process equipment, including without limitation pressure vessels, reactors, columns and towers, drums, heat exchangers, air finned coolers, process gas waste heat boilers and specialised shell and tube heat exchangers, condensers, spheres, process tanks, mounded bullets, process skid packages and turnkey storage facilities as well as technical and project management services in relation to process equipment, plant facilities and general facilities for the oil, gas, petrochemicals, minerals processing and renewable energy industries worldwide. TAIF-NK was incorporated as a public stock company under the laws of Russia in August 1995. Presently, TAIF-NK/TAIF Group is a production and investment company comprising 67 subsidiaries and affiliated companies operating in various areas with principal activities involving oil and gas processing and petrochemistry, telecommunication, building and construction, banking and investments, and services. These include changes in general economic conditions such as, but not limited to inflation, taxation, foreign exchanges, interest rates, labour and material supply, changes in business and operating conditions such as, but not limited to government and statutory regulations and deterioration in prevailing market conditions. The Project does not alter the risk profile of KNM as KNM Group is already operating in these industries and hence would continue to be exposed to risk factors that they currently face whilst operating in the industry. Although KNM Group with its vast experience may undertake efforts to mitigate the various risks, there is no assurance that any change in the above factors will not have a material adverse effect on the business and operations of KNM and/or KNMPS. （吉隆坡26日訊）受工程進度良好和賺幅持穩帶動，科恩馬集團（KNM，7164，主板工業產品組）截至2012年12月31日止第四季和全年業績雙雙轉虧為盈，分別報淨利1千759萬1千令吉和1億3千零60萬2千令吉。

全年淨賺1.3億

第四季營業額報5億9千零24萬令吉，按年成長5.16%，全年營業額則上揚20.8%至23億7千226萬4千令吉。

該公司董事部透過文告說，集團去年業績整體改善，歸功於工程執行進度良好促進訂單兌現，其中亞洲區運作成功扭轉前期頹勢，成本和產能效率持續改善提昇業務賺幅，歐洲業務龐大訂單也持續為集團作出正面貢獻。

“董事部今年將繼續強化亞洲運作，預料有助該業務保持正面表現，歐洲業務賺幅也相信因現有合約支持下持穩，美洲業務則預計保持挑戰，整體而言，董事部對今年財務表現持謹慎樂觀看法。＂（星洲日報／財經）

科恩馬集團的最新動態是獲得一項1億美元合約，不過，這仍難以扭轉分析員對其前景憂慮，因新合約營收貢獻不大，恐難抵銷彼得波勒（Peterborough）再生能源計劃潛在延宕衝擊。

科恩馬集團獲得俄羅斯總值1億零3萬美元（約3億零860萬令吉）的硫磺復原單位（SRU）供應合約，估計對公司未來3年盈利正面貢獻。

肯納格研究表示，有關計劃是科恩馬集團2013年首項勝出合約，更是2011年杪來首項工程，相信相關設計和工程工作在第二季開始進行。

“該項工程年均1億令吉營業額料佔科恩馬2013至2014財政年營業額的4%，符合我們的合約更新預期，預見不會提振未來淨利目標。＂

相關合約入袋將提振科恩馬訂單至43億令吉，其中約50%貢獻自總值21億令吉的彼得波勒再生能源計劃。

興業研究認為，以16%至18%賺益計算，相關工程將對2013至2015財政年代來900萬至1千200萬令吉，營業額則為1億至1億3千萬令吉。

“上述工程僅佔科恩馬2013財政年營業額的3%至4%，仍不足以抵銷我們對彼得波勒工程潛在延宕可能對營運前景帶來衝擊的憂慮。＂

馬銀行研究指出，科恩馬集團股價過去一年回退44%，營運也開始出現起色，但礙於遺留問題，令該股士氣持續低落，彼得波勒工程執行將是一大催化因素，而子公司Borsig在新加坡上市將有利釋放價值，因此維持“持有＂評級不變。

knm公司很好笑一下，別家上市公司賺百萬也是有錢分給小股東，knm賺過億，卻講沒什麼賺錢，原來是開消過大，可怕的開消費用
