我还以为会给个 10sen 哦！
2006年的年中股息是10sen，年终股息是10sen，全部20sen都要扣税。
2007年的年中股息是15sen，年终股息是 5sen，全部20sen都不需要扣税。 |

Mamee ventures into oil palm business

MAMEE-Double Decker (M) Bhd, a maker of snacks, beverages and instant noodles, is venturing into the oil palm business in Indonesia to boost income.
Its unit Rosedale Investments Pte Ltd will invest RM10.7 million for a 60 per cent stake in PT Rana Central Nugraha (RCN).
Singapore-based Syabas Agro Resources Pte Ltd will hold the other 35 per cent stake in RCN, while an Indonesian entrepreneur and existing shareholder of RCN, Syarif, will hold the remaining five per cent.
The venture is the food manufacturer's maiden foray into the palm oil business, Mamee said in a statement to Bursa Malaysia.
RCN has bought and is in the process of obtaining the Right to Cultivate a vacant plantation land located in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia, covering an area of about 10,000ha.
Mamee will fund the investment with internal funds.
Mamee's net profit for the year to December 31 2007 fell 40 per cent to RM13.9 million despite revenue growing by three per cent to RM359.7 million. |

最近我在看mamee 2007 的财政报表。
请问各位大大， 我应该看group的statement, 还是company的？
为什么company 的 profit 比 group 的来的多？
是不是说明mamee其他的子公司亏钱? |
