（吉隆坡11日訊）巴迪馬斯（PATIMAS，7042，主要板科技）潛在獲電訊公司委託，為在海外市場管理並推出4G寬頻服務提供技術支援，今日交投熱爆全場，閉市報14.5仙，刷新52週新高水平！

該股今早暫停交易1小時，10時恢復交易揚1.5仙，以11.5仙報開，在投資者熱烈追捧下，刷新52週新高水平的13.5仙，交投更破億，休市時暫掛14仙，起4仙，計有1億3914萬股易手。

午盤間，巴迪馬斯熱力不減，穩霸全場最熱股項，閉市收在14.5仙，起4.5仙，成交量2億4555萬7700股。

該公司股價近來價量齊揚，已引起馬證交所關注，並于昨日（10日）發出“異常交易活動”質詢，但巴迪馬斯在咨詢董事局與管理層后，對股價異動並不知情。

不過，巴迪馬斯在報備文件闡明，去年12月12日與電訊公司簽署諒解備忘錄，探討為后者在海外推出4G寬頻服務提供技術性支援，但一切仍屬初步洽商，目前仍未達至任何協議與決定。

“基于是項洽商仍未定案，故並未針對這諒解備忘錄做出宣佈，再者任何宣佈恐將影響公司獲得計劃的能力，一旦有所進展，將再向馬證交所匯報。”

該公司去年因疑賬風波致使董事局8月底大洗牌，財務事宜調查仍在進行中，結果尚未出爐，最終在11月1日被列為PN17公司。[中国报财经]

（吉隆坡14日訊）PN17公司霸迪瑪電腦（PATIMAS，7042，主板科技組）因有望獲得一名顯著政治商人－拿督斯里阿都阿晉“伸出援手＂，加上該公司可能在洽購新業務，令股票趁機興風作浪，一度躍升2.5仙到17仙，成為全場交投最熱絡的股項，成交量破1億5千810萬7千700股。

阿都阿晉“拔刀相助＂的曙光乍現，令霸迪瑪電腦異軍突起，早盤即受股友追捧，開市即起1仙到15.5仙，隨買盤湧現一度飆升至盤中最高點17仙，儘管收市前漲幅收窄，最終仍高掛16仙，起1.5仙或10.34%。該股早在1月10日時已蠢蠢欲動，霸迪瑪電腦當時身價僅6.5仙。

根據報導，阿都阿晉可能有意打救霸迪瑪電腦，並提高他在霸迪瑪電腦的股權。

霸迪瑪電腦截至去年9月，蒙受高達857萬令吉的淨虧損，每股淨值為-3仙。

早前因對金虎（TIGER，7079，主板工業產品組）提出“善意＂收購，而成為鎂光燈聚焦的阿都阿晉，最近再度出擊，並於1月11日透過旗下公司Syawaras，收購霸迪瑪電腦的4千500萬股和5.44%股權。

報導也指出，阿都阿晉擬會見霸迪瑪電腦的董事部，同時，已和數外部組織洽談，以瞭解如何“拯救＂霸迪瑪電腦。

“若管理層同意我們的計劃，我將考慮提高在霸迪瑪電腦的股權。＂

SJ證券的資深抽傭經紀表示，一些組織現已趁機“趕搭＂霸迪瑪電腦的新發展潛力，趁機炒作霸迪瑪電腦並帶動其購興。

據瞭解，霸迪瑪電腦也在和另一公司展開初步洽談，以提供4G服務，但計劃可能無法實現。

Azim Zabidi in talks with foreign partner to revive Patimas

KUALA LUMPUR: Prominent businessman, Datuk Seri Abdul Azim Zabidi says he is in talks to rope in a foreign strategic partner to help revive the fortunes of Patimas Computers Bhd, a PN17 company.

The talks were expected to be concluded within the next 10 working days, he told Bernama recently.

The former chairman of Bank Simpanan Nasional, emerged as a shareholder in Patimas late last week.

Abdul Azim purchased 45 million shares of Patimas, or 5.44%t of the company's stake via his company Syawaras Sdn Bhd on Jan 11, according to a Bursa Malaysia announcement.

The businessman increased his stake by another 1.21% on Wednesday.

Speculation in the market is that the well-connected businessmen will tie up with one of China's biggest internet companies to take over Patimas.

Asked to confirm these developments, Abdul Azim declined to comment saying he couldn't disclose names at the moment as they might jeopardise the talks.

Asked why a foreign company would be interested in Patimas, Abdul Azim said, "Lets just say that while Patimas as a company might not excite, its data centre and its ability to manage data storage is very valuable."

Patimas had invested about RM80mil into the data centre.

"Mind you. As early as two years ago, even Google was considering setting up a storage centre in Malaysia."

"The data centre at the technology park is Patimas' biggest asset, as I see it," said Abdul Azim.

For the second quarter ended Sept 30, 2012, Patimas incurred a pre-tax loss of RM8.58mil on the back of a lower revenue of RM6.987mil.

Abdul Azim previously was reported to have been negotiating with several foreign parties on ways to rescue Patimas. - Bernama

tiger 也還沒做好建築，卻想玩 4g 綱路 大馬真是太多天才人物了。
上一次有一家什麼銀行，為了要拿回上市公司欠的錢，就幫它一把，最後達到目標後，就全部退出，之後公司就 ......... 好像是c字頭的

The Board of Directors (“Board”) of PATIMAS COMPUTERS BERHAD (“PATIMAS” or “the Company”) wishes to confirm that to the best of their knowledge and after making due enquiry with the Directors (there are no more major shareholders in Patimas) seeking the cause of the unusual market activity in the Company’s securities, PATIMAS is not aware of any of the following that may have contributed to the unusual market activity:- 1. any corporate development relating to the Group’s business and affairs that has not been previously announced that may account for the unusual market activity including those in the stage of negotiation/discussion; 2. any rumour or report concerning the business and affairs of the Group that may account for the unusual market activity; and 3. any other possible explanation to account for the unusual market activity. save and except for the following: The Company has on 12 December 2012 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with a third party which is a telecommunication company to consider the possibility to provide technology know-how to assist the telecommunication company to manage and run 4G services in a foreign country. However, the preliminary negotiation is still in a state of flux and no specific terms and conditions have been agreed yet. Furthermore, no decision has been made on whether or not to proceed pending due diligence to be carried out by both parties on each other. Depending on the outcome of the due diligence, the above proposal may or may not materialise. Patimas wishes to inform that it possesses the relevant expertise and experience in the telecommunication industry as Patimas has been providing such services to telecommunication companies. （吉隆坡17日訊）PN17公司霸迪瑪電腦（PATIMAS，7042，主板科技組）今日雖獲顯赫土著股東確認打算伸出援手，大馬股票交易所卻也選在此時“善意＂提醒投資者審慎交投，讓其股價今日猶如坐上過山車。

霸迪瑪電腦股價最近大熱，受到交易所關注。

該股今日開盤繼續走高，先漲0.5仙至18.5仙，接下來瞬間登上20.5仙關口後，由於交易所的警剔交易出爐，股價表現扭轉，節節敗退，最低跌至13仙水平。

該股今日以14仙掛收，全天下滑4仙或22.22%，成交量輕易逼近3億關口，達2億9千855萬零700股，為全場最大熱門股。

交易所早市發表文告提醒說，投資者必須留意霸迪瑪近期價量飆漲的走勢，以及該公司回應交易所於上週四（10日）發出的“不尋常交投＂質詢。
當時，霸迪瑪的回應是，正和一家公司展開初步洽談，以提供4G服務，惟並未確定可否落實。

交易所表示，“雖然該公司已回應2013年1月10日的不尋常交投質詢，但交易所必須提醒投資者，在買賣霸迪瑪時，理應採取審慎且明智的態度。＂
交易所強調，將毫不猶豫採取任何適當行動，以確保霸迪瑪的交易活動是公平且有序的。

另一方面，《馬新社》今日報導，甫於上週五（11日）參股霸迪瑪的土著商人拿督斯里阿都阿晉表示，他正與外國策略夥伴洽商，以協助霸迪瑪扭轉困境，預期洽商可在10天左右完成。

對於阿都阿晉將與中國一家大型互聯網公司攜手買下霸迪瑪的傳言，他表示不願置評，免得影響合作談判。

他認為，霸迪瑪的數據庫與管理能力是最值錢的資產。該公司至今投資8千萬令吉打造數據庫。

交易所資料顯示，曾任國民儲蓄銀行（Bank Simpanan Nasional）主席的阿都阿晉，繼上週五買進霸迪瑪的4千500萬股或5.44%股權後，昨日再購入1.21%股權。

（吉隆坡18日讯）巴迪玛斯（Patimas，7042，主板科技股）指出，对于大股东与外资策略伙伴的事毫不知情。

巴迪玛斯在回复大马交易所的质询时指出，未曾接获拿督斯里阿都阿津提呈有关外资策略伙伴，或与中国最大互联网公司之一合作收购巴迪玛斯的建议书。

该公司称：“董事部与管理层，都不知道有关报道的所谓计划。”

根据《The Edge》财经日报，巴迪玛斯大股东斯里阿都阿津透露，目前正与外资策略伙伴洽谈，以助他复苏巴迪玛斯。

同时，市场早前传言称阿都阿津将与中国一家互联网公司献购巴迪玛斯。

做 4g ，和中國電訊公司合作，也要看這里是什麼國家
去到外國做 4g ，沒有幾百億那能鬥的過人家  
另外那二千萬的欺騙案還是一個大問題，如果沒有事，股票所也不會警告投資者小心此股了。
好了，庄家和抄家也要吃飯，誰不想在股票里賺錢，沒有甜言蜜語的話，我們誰會去貪呢 ?

新股東講的話，PATIMAS的內部主管講不知道
股票所希望不要空穴來風，所以三次提醒投資者，買賣自負。
最大問題還是那二千萬的錢，誰拿走了呢 ?
