瓦老，又是一个比台湾连续剧还婆妈。就好像＂天下第一味的＂tan sing geik 和lao hui wen 从去年讲要结婚到现在还没结，每个礼拜一定要他妈的有意外发生而结不到。

就是講，證券會要面子，NSCOM又要復牌，第一張我有寫到，NSCOM的銀行有一億多資金存款。(正假難明)。

如果這些錢是用NSCOM的話，一但被清盤，可能連錢也沒法拿回來。

所以為何法官會倒向NSCOM那一方面?

這是非常不可理解的事情，難不成證券會的能力不能要求一家上市公司除牌嗎?

多家上市公司被除牌，也沒有像NSCOM那樣子動用法庭來阻止除牌，可想而知，里頭的應該是和這些錢有關鍵，如果沒有，也不用那麼費神的去用心做，因為NSCOM已經沒有值錢的東西了，所以為何又人又要去做?

看來這埸大戰應該會是最終法官強制證券會通過NSCOM交易。

還是老話一句。
第一人所做的文件，沒copy出來，之後交給證券會，之後這人走人了，讓第二人接手去做，那試問有可能知道第一人他所做的文件里頭寫什麼嗎?

如果第二人能夠知道，我想他一定是神仙了 笑死我了~

證券會不去捉第一人，切要第二人拿出第一人所做之文件，有可能嗎?

我只在乎這而已
“更重要的是，該筆總值1億9498萬4186令吉的營業額，目前還存在銀行戶口裡，並非落入某些股東口袋。這讓我們放心。”

如果沒有的話，就是等人加入新的資產了。(證券會這一關應該是會好難)。
如果証明有這總值1億9498萬4186令吉，不用人家抄，自動暴漲

證券會開出條件，特殊叫nscom委任人員去和證券會對談，為何nscom還能在大馬股市市埸保留其上市地位呢?

那麼這一次的委任已經講明，就是阻止法庭的命令，所以這應該是最後的機會了。

去了肯定包死，不去也包死，因為這是面對面的對談，只要證券會死咬不通過，那就是有機會把法庭以前所發的命令給予頂住，就可以直接叫nscom清盤了。

所以肯定nscom這一次的命運肯定完了。

其實可以看出，早期的大股東離職，留下手尾，早就應該除牌了，證券會一再的不手下留情，但是反觀nscom卻要強烈的反抗。

重點:
在證券會一直要nscom除牌上市地位，切不見马来西亚发展银行追讨3千915万9千759令吉的款项。

這點也就像megan一樣，欠款只有 8億多，但是卻走出香港的東亞銀行追討8億多的欠款，現在在公告當中卻不提有香港的東亞銀行欠款的8億。

所以這nscom在前股東離職之後，在交出財報之後，人也離職，留下手尾給nscom，所以種種因素，可以了解，nscom卻能讓法官相信，不讓證券會發除牌令，如果證券會要一家除牌，是非常容易，定下時間，強制對方沒法交出任何財報和相關的文件，所以這追款里頭的文件是否也關係到前股東所做的一切，而要nscom負擔，這樣子的話，肯定會有不公平的欠款。

nscom也差不多好久了，大股東賣股份給新股東，為何這位新大股東要去買呢?
(可以他們私下講好的條件，就是幫nscom脫離除牌的程序，不成功就退錢。)

如果不是，那下來就是那銀行的存款，真的是存在的，所以一但nscom被除牌，地位和公司也被除牌，那這樣子來講，銀行那存款如果是以nscom公司的名下來講，一但被銀行清盤，那這些存款也就無影無蹤了。

早期發生事變，前股東離職，財報從前股東手上交出去，之後文不對題，證券會又在一次要求交出新的財報，但是早期的財報因為沒copy，無法對照，第三者又找不到，所以才會出現財報更本交不出去。

那下來他們開股東大會時，一直講明銀行存款，是早期的盈利營業額，因為財報沒報上去這一億多的盈利，所以這是關鍵，因為nscom又沒公司收據，是否真的有這些錢在銀行里。

重點:

如果這些錢是用nscom的名下存放，一但nscom被清盤，公司被人家拿去，那這些資金存款就會變成鬼魂之錢了。

Contents :	:	NASIONCOM HOLDINGS BERHAD ("the Company") has failed to submit its regularisation plan to the Securities Commission and other relevant authorities for approval within the timeframe stipulated in rule 8.16(1) of the MMLR and paragraph 4.0 of GN3 i.e. by 2 April 2008 and no further extension of time has been granted by Bursa Securities. Bursa Securities had earlier announced on 18 April 2008 that it has commenced de-listing procedures against the Company. After due consideration of all facts and circumstances of the matter, Bursa Securities has decided to de-list the securities of the Company from the Official List of Bursa Securities as the Company does not have an adequate level of financial condition to warrant continued listing on the Official List of Bursa Securities. Accordingly, please be informed that the securities of the Company will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities at 9.00 am on Tuesday, 3 June 2008 unless an appeal is made by 29 May 2008 ("Appeal Timeframe"). In the event the Company submits an appeal to Bursa Securities within the Appeal Timeframe, the Company is required to make an immediate announcement of the said appeal and the removal of the Company’s securities from the Official List of Bursa Securities on 3 June 2008 shall be deferred pending the decision on the appeal by Bursa Securities. The deferment pending the appeal is a stay in respect of the de-listing and it is not to be equated to a variation or a revision of the decision to de-list.
