FITTERS Diversified Berhad (“FITTERS” or “the Company”) wishes to inform the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Future Biomass Gasification Sdn Bhd (“FBG”) has commenced the sale of renewable electricity to Tenaga Malaysia Berhad (“TNB”) under the Renewable Energy Power Purchase Agreement signed in 2015. FBG has received approval from Sustainable Energy Development Authority of Malaysia, vide a letter dated 4 April 2018, to commence the Feed-in Tariff to TNB for 16 years starting from 31 March 2018. Up to 2MW of renewable electricity will be produced at the FITTERS' green palm oil mill in Baling, Kedah, where biogas will be generated from palm oil mill effluent in a biogas capture plant and converted into electricity using efficient biogas engine generators. The Feed-in Tariff rate has been set at RM0.47 per kilowatt hour and the sale is expected to contribute positively towards the financial position of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2018 to 31 December 2033. 瞄准水管市场　辉德乐观看前景

（吉隆坡25日讯）辉德多元（FITTERS，9318，主板贸服股）乐观看待前景，並称前2年拖累公司业绩的减值拨备问题已解决，2018財政年（12月31日结账）表现將大幅改善。

与此同时，该公司表示，未来业绩可受益于潜能巨大的大马水管市场。

辉德多元也在今日公布2018財政年首季（截至3月31日止）业绩，按年转亏为盈，净赚139万令吉，去年同期亏损84万令吉；营业额按年涨8.58%，至7739万令吉，去年同期是7128万令吉。

减值拨备问题解决

辉德多元董事经理拿督黄瑞意在股东大会后向媒体表示，该公司在营运上从未陷入亏损，保持获利，过去2年的账面损失主要由部份海外投资的减值拨备所致，而相关问题现已解决。辉德多元在2017財政年仍净亏42万令吉，惟，亏损幅度按年显著收窄。

此外，黄瑞意透露，辉德多元已接获財政部旗下水务资產管理公司（PAAB）发出的意向书（LOI），邀请该公司参与2018至2020年期间国內水管供应的竞標活动，而辉德多元藉著旗下PVC-O水管產品，放眼爭取其中的5亿令吉合约。

他也指出，辉德多元的目標，是在2018財政年取得5000万令吉的水管销售额。

黄氏称，大马大量水管已老旧，造成无收益水（NRW）问题，估计国內有超过4万5000公里的水管需要更换，潜在商机可达600亿至700亿令吉。

水管具竞爭优势

PAAB是全国水务资產的持有人，而且，目前该机构在7个州属，即柔佛、马六甲、森美兰、吉兰丹、檳城、霹雳和玻璃市內，拥有水务资產的管理权。据了解，上述竞標LOI仅发给辉德多元、勇达集团（ENGTEX，5056，主板贸服股）在內的少数几家业者。

谈及辉德水管业务竞爭力，黄瑞意表示，该公司採用先进科技打造的PVC-O水管，不仅耐久度较高，在价格上亦具竞爭力，可降低水管替换工程的成本。

当询及政权轮替后的政策变化风险，黄氏指出，掌权的政治人物会换，但公共机构的公职人员不变，而且，竞標程序採用的各项標准也会保持。无论如何，他呼吁新政府不要政治化水供事务，应以解决民生问题为重。

另一方面，黄瑞意表示，在辉德多元的4大业务中，目前仍以再生能源业务为主，去年贡献约50%营业额，其次为占营业额40%的防火业务。不过，他说，再生能源业务赚幅微薄，公司的盈利主要贡献自防火业务。

展望將来，黄氏称，除了重点关注的水管业务外，建筑及產业发展业务的部份项目將开始贡献盈利，而该公司建于吉打华玲的2兆瓦（MW）生物燃气（biogas）发电厂已获得大马永续能源发展机构（SEDA）批准，自今年3月31日起，展开长达16年、以电力收购制度（Feed-In Tariff）为准的售电业务。
