With reference your letter dated 16 July 2007 concerning the article appearing in TheEdge Malaysia, Page 8, Monday, 16 July 2007 entitled "Ramunia's RM308m contract hit a snag" and in particular to the following sentences appearing in the above said article:-

"It is believed CPOC is mulling reopening the tender for this job while Ramunia is hoping to keep its award."

The Company, having made due and diligent enquiry with all its Directors, major shareholders and all such other persons reasonably familiar with the matter about which the disclosure is to be made in this respect, wishes to clarify that Ramunia is not in the position to comment on Carilagi–PTTEPI Operating Company Sdn Bhd's ("CPOC" "….mulling of reopening the tender for this job…".

Ramunia remains committed to the contract and in fulfilling its contractual obligations.

Ramunia will make the appropriate announcement to Bursa Securities on a timely manner in accordance with the Bursa Securities Listing Requirements, should any of its activities fall within the ambit of the Bursa Securities Listing Requirements.

This announcement is dated 17 July 2007.

这么说的话如果我有意思要买ramunia-wa, 最好就是等到20/7才买，可能有便宜货捡？

今天我看了ramunia-wa一整天，它果然不容易跌破100天平均线。
虽然intraday跌到0.855，但还是收高0.870.

我在12/07(拜四)买入10粒RAMUNIA RM1.38

在16/07早上(拜一)卖掉10粒RAMUNIA RM1.40
在16/07中午(拜一)再买入10粒RAMUNIA RM1.36


今天收到股票行CONTRA STATEMENT. 为什么股票行CONTRA掉拜一的买和卖而不是CONTRA掉上个拜四的呢?
如果拜三我没钱拿票不是被FORCE SELLING? 如果CONTRA掉上个拜四的,我还可以等到19/07才拿票.
为什么股票行这样做?

(我很少玩CONTRA所以不懂行规.. )
