獲合約打造主題公園 SGB斥1.9億甲州購地
2018年1月26日
（吉隆坡26日訊）SGB（SGB，7165，主要板消費）宣布旗下Million Rich發展私人有限公司，獲威秀主題公園私人有限公司（Village Roadshow）頒發意向書，在馬六甲里望（Klebang）29萬2795平方公尺土地上建設主題公園。
Million Rich將負責物色及採購開發用地的所有權利，以便進行開發。不過，該發展還須接受威秀進一步可行性研究。威秀有充分的自由裁量權，作最后決定。
同時，該公司也宣布Million Rich今日向Heritage Land、Klebang Property和Heritage Land Development共3家私人有限公司，獻議購買444萬3555.60平方尺土地，總值1億8662萬9335.20令吉。
SGB將預先以內部資金支付2%定金，其余98%將透過內部產生資金、銀行借款和（或）籌資活動來完成支付。
這些土地一樣位于里望，公司管理層相信馬六甲戰略規劃中不斷增加的擴張計劃，將推升馬六甲地價，這標誌市場著對戰略性土地的需求不斷增加，尤其是可享受海景的土地。【中国报财经】

The Company wishes to clarify on the news articles published on 26 January 2018 in Nikkei - Asian Review, The Edge Markets, Reuters.com and others. As announced, MRDSB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SGB, has received the LOI from VRS on the proposed development and operation of a theme park. Notwithstanding that the total aggregate land size proposed by MRDSB to VRS fulfills the requirements of VRS and is a potential site for the proposed development and operation of a theme park, the Proposed Development is still subject to further detailed studies by VRS’s recognised feasibility consultants to be appointed by MRDSB.
As mentioned in item 3 of the Announcement, VRS will continue to perform further due diligence on the Proposed Development.
At this juncture, MRDSB has not gained the automatic rights for the Proposed Development.

宏洋拒绝售地．SGB：威秀主题公园不受影响
（吉隆坡8日讯）SGB公司（SGB，7165，主板消费品组）表示，宏洋控股（BENALEC，5190，主板建筑组）拒绝该公司的收购土地献议，并不会对威秀主题公园私人有限公司（Village Roadshow Theme Parks，VRS）的计划带来任何冲击。
SGB公司指出，VRS的主题公园项目将在马六甲的另9块地段执行，并已经获得发展权。
至于宏洋控股拥有的12块地段，和上述9块地段不同。
宏洋控股是在昨日表示，在1月26日收到SGB公司的3封献议书，以收购该公司马六甲12块地段。该公司在评估后认为该献议不符公司最佳利益，因此决定不接受有关献议。

Further to the Announcements, the Board wishes to inform that MRDSB had on 19 October 2018 received the feasibility study report from VRS’s recognised feasibility consultant that was engaged by MRDSB to conduct the market analysis and feasibility report for the Proposed Development on the Development Land (“Feasibility Study Report”).
The Board is pleased to inform that, based on the Feasibility Study Report, the Proposed Development is feasible subject to the relevant key factors as disclosed in the Feasibility Study Report.
MRDSB shall proceed to discuss and negotiate with VRS on the proposed arrangement on the operation of the theme park including the roles and responsibilities of each party.
The Company will make the necessary announcement and/or seek the approval from its shareholders, if required, in the event that both parties reach a formal agreement on the Proposed Development.
