Contents : : Bursa Securities had earlier announced on 21 January 2008 its decision to grant an extension of time until 29 February 2008 for the Company to submit its annual audited accounts and annual report for financial year ended 31 December 2006 and its quarterly reports for the financial periods ended 31 December 2006, 31 March 2007, 30 June 2007 and 30 September 2007 and the extension of time granted is without prejudice to Bursa Securities’ right to proceed to de-list the securities of NSCOM from the Official List of Bursa Securities in the event NSCOM fails to submit the aforesaid outstanding financial statements by 29 February 2008.

The Company has failed to submit the aforesaid outstanding financial statements by 29 February 2008 and Bursa Securities had rejected the Company’s application for further extension of time until 30 July 2008 to submit the outstanding financial statements.

In the circumstances and in accordance with Bursa Securities’ earlier decision, the securities of NSCOM will be de-listed and removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities at 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 17 March 2008 unless an appeal is made to Bursa Securities within 5 market days from today i.e. by 12 March 2008 ("the Appeal Timeframe").

In the event the Company submits an appeal to Bursa Securities within the Appeal Timeframe, the Company is required to make an immediate announcement of the said appeal and the removal of the securities of NSCOM from the Official List of Bursa Securities on 17 March 2008 shall be deferred pending the decision on the appeal by Bursa Securities. The deferment pending the appeal is a stay in respect of the de-listing and it is not to be equated to a variation or a revision of the decision to de-list. The decision remains unless reversed on appeal. The Company is required to communicate Bursa Securities’ decision to its shareholders.

With respect to the securities of the Company which are currently deposited with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd ("Bursa Depository"), the securities may remain deposited with Bursa Depository notwithstanding the de-listing of the securities from the Official List of Bursa Securities. It is not mandatory for the securities of a company which has been de-listed to be withdrawn from Bursa Depository.

Alternatively, shareholders of the Company who intend to hold their securities in the form of physical certificates, can withdraw these securities from their Central Depository System (“CDS”) accounts maintained with Bursa Depository at anytime after the securities of the Company have been de-listed from the Official List of Bursa Securities by submitting an application form for withdrawal in accordance with the procedures prescribed by Bursa Depository. Shareholders of the Company can contact any Participating Organisation of Bursa Securities and/or Bursa Securities’ general line at 03-2034 7000 for further information on the withdrawal procedures.

（吉隆坡24日訊）聯誠康（NSCOM，0073，自報股）未如期提呈財報，加上不獲馬證交所批准延后限期至7月30日，將在3月17日被除牌。

這已經証明了，證券會有意和nscom過不去，一直強迫要nscom除牌，連高等法院今天推遲了聽證會的實質性司法審查的決定 。

nscom的大股東們加油，如果大馬上市公司有人像你們那樣子，不怕證券會亂來，個個勇敢去面對問題，對小股東也有一個好的交代，如果不幸被除牌，也不會為難你們沒用心。

公司重要文件被人毀滅，證券會不體諒，只會用條規來去做，也不會想想該如果去處理，因為越來越多這種事件發生，使投資者哭訴沒人知。

不知，因為他是NSCOM大股東之一賣票給他，如果會重組來講，這新股東也不會先買票之後再來重組，應該講是重組後才來買票，所以這可能性不大，而且NSCOM也是私人問題而造成現在這現象。

財報不可能會在17-03-2008年交出去，因為沒副印本，所以現在唯有借用這新股東和新資源加入NSCOM，那就會重新來算過財務，所以這次是和證券會鬥到底，連法官也看不順眼證券會的做風，試想就好了，多少上市公司也是被這樣問題弄倒，就是毀滅重要文件，那就完全消失，那能找的回來，難不成要 回到未來 找資料 :@ :@ :@

別擔心了，以前會 100變1，不過好像改了，不會那麼慘的重組。
