守得云开见月明－－其实TANCO拥有的地皮多数分布在那些地段是我所感兴趣的－－除了这些－－还有什么是利好因素？？

因本来讲的机场在那里
后变putrajaya

现可看的是
一个工程完成了.
要启用
就是rawang---ipoh   的ktm   火车

相信会有关联

而2429本身是多元化的业务
不但是地产而已

In relation to the status of default in payment pursuant to PN1/2001 as announced in our previous announcements dated 28 May 2004, 16 August 2004 and 28 February 2005, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that there is no change to the status of default in payments of interest and principal sums to the Lenders since then. In compliance with the requirements of Paragraph 3.2 of PN1/2001 and Paragraph 3.1(b) of PN17/2005, the Company hereby wishes to announce that since its last announcement dated 3 September 2007 on the matter, the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur ("the Court") had on 14 September 2007 further adjourned the hearing of the Company’s and its affected subsidiaries’ ("the Group") application for an extension of the existing Restraining Order pursuant to Section 176 (10) of the Companies Act, 1965 ("the RO") to 26 October 2007, pending the Group’s filing of its affidavit-in-reply to Affin Bank Berhad’s and Affin Recoveries Berhad’s ("the Respondents") affidavit-in-reply challenging the validity of the application of the RO and the Creditors’ meetings held on 10 August 2007. The Company further wishes to announce that in the interim pending the Group’s affidavit-in-reply, the Court had granted to the Group a further interim RO until the next hearing date, which is on 26 October 2007. The interim order however does not affect the Respondents’ actions as filed in their affidavit-in-reply against the Group and to which the Group will respond accordingly in their affidavit-in-reply that will be filed to the Court prior to the next hearing date. This announcement is dated 1 October 2007.
