售澳洲聯營公司 百利金停牌1小時

（吉隆坡23日訊）百利金（PELIKAN，5231，主要板消費）子公司百利金控股（PHAG），以1500萬澳元（約4817萬令吉）脫售聯營公司澳洲哥倫比亞百利金（Columbia Pelikan Australia）。

該公司今日透過文告指出，百利金控股今日已與哥倫比亞產品（Columbia Products）簽署協議，將哥倫比亞百利金脫售予后者，正符合公司出售非核心業務的宗旨。

“澳洲哥倫比亞百利金為百利金控股聯營公司，管理層並無參與此公司每日運作事宜及發展大方向。”

百利金總執行長呂少傑透露，公司目前將聚焦業務分銷、品牌，及開發研究事宜。

“為此將會求脫售非核心業務，借以釋放現金價值。”

配合上述事宜，百利金今早9時申請停牌，並于1小時后恢復交易，惟全日走勢淡靜，閉市跌0.5仙，收在75.5仙，成交量35萬2700股。[ChinaPress]

末季虧損擴大‧百利全年虧8131萬

（吉隆坡24日訊）百利金國際（PELIKAN,5231,主板消費品組）截至2011年12月31日止第四季虧損擴大，淨虧損從前期的2千384萬7千令吉擴大276.46%至8千977萬5千令吉，促使全年由盈轉虧，錄得8千130萬8千令吉淨虧損，前期為淨利1億2千780萬8千令吉。

派息3仙
第四季營業額為4億3千零3萬7千令吉，比前期的4億8千797萬8千令吉下跌11.87%，全年營業額成長7.64%至19億2千336萬2千令吉，前期為17億8千684萬8千令吉。

該公司董事部建議派發每股3仙股息。

展開重組計劃
該公司將落實合理化業務、削減營運資本等業務重組計劃，以應對結構和市場環境變化問題。

該公司總裁兼首席執行員呂少傑表示，業務重組計劃將專注合理化業務和削減集團內部複雜性，並放眼改善獲利與削減營運資本。

“其中，集團預期重組計劃將從現有3千800位雇員，裁減350位人手，以便現每年達6億令吉的雇員成本將取得8千萬至9千萬令吉節省。”

此外，現有業務架構需高營運資本支撐，因此營運資本管理也是集團另一關注區域，百利金國際將放眼供應價值鏈和剔除非增值用途項目，特別是擁有多餘產能和效率低迷的生產單位，並將相關業務在未來透過低成本進行外包。

他補充，集團也初步探討脫售非核心資產，除以4千900萬令吉脫售哥倫比亞聯號公司外，現計劃將3億令吉資產進行脫售，並與潛在買家進行洽商，以便為集團新產品投資或策略併購提供現金儲備。

“集團根本不可能持續以現有模式進行營運，因此相關重組計劃勢在必行。只有公司變得強壯，才能抵抗任何負面衝擊和善用機會，而管理層、雇員和雇員工會都對相關措施表達支持，主要是有關步驟將對取得更好表現和獲利帶來正面效益。”（星洲日報／財經）

脱售厂房 物流资产 白利金料进胀3.6亿

（吉隆坡23日讯）白利金（Pelikan，5231，主板消费产品股）总裁兼总执行长呂少杰预料，能在今年次季完成脱售厂房和物流资产，并筹集3亿6244万令吉作为营运成本和减轻债务。

《The Malaysian Reserve》引述呂少杰表示：“我们和卖方正进一步讨论有关交易，目前我们在等待对方的回应。”

由于尚未确定细节，呂少杰不公开卖方资料，不过，他预计交易会在今年次季完成。

他表示，脱售部分资产的原因是为了在经济前景不明朗时持有更多现金，并在经济低迷时期从降低本身的负债。

据了解，白利金86%营业额贡献来自欧洲市场，仅有14%来自亚洲、中东和拉丁美洲市场。

鉴于欧洲业务受到欧债危机威胁，呂少杰计划把目前全球13间厂房，减少至4至5间，同时改变往后的营运策略。

“未来，我们将重新定位在产品研发，往后或许会和厂家合作生产，从事原产代工（OEM）。”

研发工作迁回马
他表示，部分产品研发工作将迁移至大马进行，该计划预料在今年次季完成。

此外，呂少杰透露，白利金和德国Herlitz合并计划继延迟两年后，预料会在今年结束前完成合并。

“完成合并后，除了可以释放双方的潜能外，也可以节省成本。”

若上述所有计划进行顺利，吕少杰预测2012年营业额会有5%至10%的增长。[Nanyang]

百利金國際9千萬售3子公司

（吉隆坡3日訊）百利金國際（PELIKAN，5231，主板消費品組）宣佈，70.92%子公司Herlitz PBS以2千222萬9千歐元（約9千零91萬6千令吉）代價，脫售旗下3家子公司的全部100%股權。

該公司文告指出，Herlitz PBS脫售Falken辦公室產品和英國Herlitz的100%股權，以及Delmet Prod Srkl的99.9%股權給Biella Deutschland公司，並脫售Delmet Prod Srkl的0.1%股權給Donau-Design公司。（星洲互動）

白利金首季净利增18% 瑞士子公司拟除牌

（吉隆坡10日讯）白利金（Pelikan，5231，主板消费产品股）截至2012年3月31日首季，净利增18%至550万9000令吉，上财年为468万4000令吉。

不过，首季营业额则从上财年的4亿6075万令吉下跌至4亿1752万3000令吉，跌幅达9.4%。

另外，公司首季每股盈利为1.09仙，上财年为0.92仙。

另一方面，百利金董事部献议，将持有96.45%股权的子公司Pelikan Holding AG ，从瑞士国家证券交易所（SIX Swiss Exchange）除牌。
