要小心這間公司
我有收了這間公司的一些股票,一直在關注這間公司的走向, 最近對這間公司真的很火大!!!!!!!
你們有發現嗎? 這間公司不斷發出 ESOS
平均每個月兩次, 數量不少.
我認為這是一間不以股東利益為出發點的公司因為  
第一,據我所知,這間公司的員工非常的少, 或許因為是科技公司,但卻發出大量的ESOS
第二, 每次ESOS annoucement 一出, 新股一上市,股價就跌
第三, 沒有進行 share buy back
第四, 很少給cash dividend ,上市至今, 好像只給過一次

雖然公司賺錢,但真搞不懂把錢吃去哪裡
真想寫信complaint 他的 ESOS policy!!!

10/3 ESOS发了60张  22/3 ESOS 发了480张.
如果依市价RM0.36 * 540,000 = RM194,400.00.
如果拿来跟它2009年的净利(一千一百万)比较,才占那区区的1.7%.
如是拿来奖励员工,激励员工,应该没什大问题吧.

The Employees’ Share Option Scheme was approved by the Securities Commission on 30 December 2003 and has a tenure of five (5) years from the date of the launch or implementation of the scheme which shall expire on 29 December 2008. However, in order to accommodate to the fi rst granting of the ESOS which falls on 29 May 2005, as allowed under the provisions of the ESOS By-Law upon the recommendation of the Committee who administer the ESOS, the ESOS Option has been extended to 29 May 2010 with the approval from the Board of Directors  on 30 May 2005.
The Company has been granted exemption by the Companies Commission of Malaysia from having to disclose in this report the names of the persons to whom options have been granted during the fi nancial year and details of their shareholdings pursuant to Section 169 (11) of the Companies Act, 1965 except for eligible employees who were granted 650,000 share options and above.
There were no employees with allocation of 650,000 share options and above.
Details of options granted to Directors are disclosed in the section on Directors’ interest in this report.

    謝謝你的資料. 不過看了後 , 讓我對這間公司更火大

單單一個月就派了1.7 巴仙.... 你查查看 他 2月,1月 , 去年12月 11 月10月..............等等等等等
幾乎 每個月都發出這個數量的ESOS
那麼1.7 x12 =20.4% .........
TMD,把 20.4%派給自己的可能比派給員工的可能多一點吧 ...就算真的派給員工... 那麼為甚麼不派利息給我們這些小股東
TMD, 派紅股有屁用
假設以後的盈利持平 , 如果以一樣的速度發行新股的話.........那麼我們手上的票會一直減值.
ESOS 肯定是會繼續的,以這間公司那麼賤的管理.   
他新買的infodata group貢獻了一半的盈利 但是員工還不能認購ESOS 的新股...
肯定的,以後infodata group 的員工也能
那麼發行的數量肯定會倍增
無可否認的,cbs tech 賺錢,但是他們並不回饋給股東

CBS Technology Berhad (“CBS”) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Infodata Media Sdn. Bhd. (“IMSB”) and Alibaba.com Singapore E-Commerce Private Limited (“Alibaba.com”) had entered into a Sales Promotion Services Agreement (“SPS Agreement”) on 12 April 2010.

IMSB is primary responsible to promote Alibaba.com International Website and increase its customers base in Malaysia and Singapore.

Alibaba.com provides B2B online marketplace services on the Alibaba.com International Website, a global leading B2B online marketplace, connecting small and medium-sized buyers and suppliers from around the world.

The Board is of the view that the SPS Agreement is in line with CBS’s strategic objective to enhance its internet community portal business in Malaysia and Singapore and to forge stronger relationship with Alibaba.com.

The SPS Agreement is expected to contribute positively to the consolidated earnings of CBS and its subsidiaries (“CBS Group”) for the financial year ending 31 December 2010 and improve the consolidated net assets per share of the CBS Group in the future.
