转换母股TAG是1对1，每股转化价RM0.50
3年后才可以转换，5年后到期就一定要换～
RM0.50不会高，3年后用RM0.50换肯定翻几番～ |

当我看回去时，conversion price (RM0.50 per ordinary share in the Issuer and shall be satisfied by way of the mode of Conversion as set out below), but what is mean " Based on the above, no cash outlay is required by the holders of ICPS for the conversion of ICPS into shares."
Mode of conversion
: The ICPS are convertible into new Issuer shares during the Conversion period with the following mode of conversion;
No.of new ordinary shares in issuer = (Issue Price x no of ICPS)/ Conversion Price
Based on the above, no cash outlay is required by the holders of ICPS for the conversion of ICPS into shares.
All outstanding ICPS as at Maturity Date shall be mandatory converted into new ordinary shares in Issuer as follows:
No.of new ordinary shares in issuer = (Issue Price x no of ICPS)/Conversion Price
Fraction of new Issuer shares arising from the conversion shall be dealt with at the discretion of the Directors of the Issuer.

No delay in the proposed listing of TA Global
TA Enterprise (TAE) announced on Bursa Malaysia that it
had submitted an application to the Securities Commission
(SC) for a further extension of two months from 10
November 2009 to 10 January 2010 for the Company to
complete the proposed dividend-in-specie and listing of TA
Global on the Main Market of Bursa (the Proposals).
We understand that the extension was made as the
tentative listing date for TA Global is fixed on 23 November
2009 whilst SC's earlier approved timeline for the
completion of the proposals was on 10 Nov 2009. Hence,
this is not a delay of the listing exercise but merely an
extension sought so that the listing can be carried out on 23
November 2009.
As the listing of TA Global does not entail a public issue,
TAE’s proposed dividend-in-specie of TA Global shares (exdate
on 28 October 2009 and entitlement date on 30
October 2009) is the last window of opportunity for
investors to gain access to TA Global which is the largest
land owners in KLCC. We reiterate Buy on TAE, with a sumof-
parts derived target price of RM2.10. |
